Aaron Judge Ties Yogi Berra for 5th Place on Yankees' All-Time Home Run List
Aaron Judge further established his status as one of the New York Yankees' all-time greats on Sunday.
The star slugger hit his 358th career home run in a 3-2 loss to the Chicago White Sox, tying Hall of Fame catcher Yogi Berra for the fifth-most in franchise history.
"Not getting (the win) kind of stings," Judge said, per the Associated Press (h/t ESPN). "But you know, get a chance to tie one of the greatest if not the greatest Yankee in homers is, it's pretty special. The way Yogi played the game, what he meant to these pinstripes, you knew how much it meant being a New York Yankee to him. I feel the same way.

"I'm honored to wear this jersey, so it's pretty cool to be on that list with him."
The home run marked Judge's 43rd of the season, the fourth-most in the majors, and he's also collected 97 RBI with a .324 batting average and a 1.117 OPS, both of which lead the majors.
After tying Berra, Judge is just three home runs from matching Joe DiMaggio's 361 home runs. After that, he'll be chasing Lou Gehrig's 493.
As he continues climbing up the all-time home run list for the Yankees, he'll look to lead them to another deep playoff run. New York currently holds the top wild card spot in the American League at 76-61.
