
Pitcher Traded During Blue Jays-Orioles Doubleheader, Switches Clubhouses in Video
Right-handed reliever Seranthony Domínguez only needed a short walk to join the Toronto Blue Jays after being traded Tuesday by the Baltimore Orioles.
Domínguez, who was traded between games of a Tuesday doubleheader in Baltimore, walked over to the visitors' clubhouse to greet his new teammates after the trade.

Domínguez, who has not yet pitched in the series, was active during the Orioles' 11-4 victory in Game 1. The Blue Jays announced on Tuesday that he will also be active for Game 2.
The Orioles traded Domínguez and cash in exchange for right-hander Juaron Watts-Brown, per ESPN. Watts-Brown was previously ranked as Toronto's No. 10 prospect by MLB Pipeline.
The Blue Jays designated right-hander Chad Green for assignment in a corresponding move.
Domínguez, who is playing on an expiring contract, ranks in the 92nd percentile of all MLB pitchers with a 30.9 percent strikeout rate, per Baseball Savant.
He has served as one of Baltimore's most reliable relief pitchers so far this season, marking a 3.24 ERA through 43 appearances and 41.2 innings pitched.
Toronto will now hope adding him to the bullpen will help make improve the Blue Jays recover from a rough start to the series.
The Blue Jays could further look to bolster their bullpen ahead of Game 3 against the Orioles on Wednesday and the MLB trade deadline on Thursday. Toronto remains "heavily involved" in trade talks for St. Louis Cardinals closer Ryan Helsley, per MLB.com's Keegan Matheson.
