
Lakers Reportedly Plan to Sign Christian Koloko, Chris Manon to 2-Way NBA Contracts
The Los Angeles Lakers reportedly plan to sign Christian Koloko and Chris Manon to two-way contracts, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Manon went undrafted out of Vanderbilt and played for the Golden State Warriors during Summer League, while Koloko appeared in 37 games for the Lakers last season, averaging 2.4 points and 2.5 rebounds per game.
Koloko was a second-round pick out of Arizona in 2022 by the Toronto Raptors. He appeared in 58 games during his rookie season, starting 19, and averaged 3.1 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 13.8 minutes per game.
Meanwhile, incoming rookie Manon spent three seasons at Cornell before transferring to Vanderbilt for his senior year. He averaged 9.9 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 53.5 percent from the field in 22 games, including 26 starts.
During the 2025 NBA Summer League with the Golden State Warriors, Manon averaged 11.0 points on 50 percent shooting, along with 5.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.6 blocks per game.
