While there won't be the type of star power fans will see during the regular season, there are still a number of games that jump out from that slate.
Any time the Lakers and Boston Celtics face each other is sure to turn heads given the rivalry between the iconic franchises. That it is the final game on the Summer League schedule and could determine seeding for the ensuing tournament only adds to the stakes.
There is also a game against the other Los Angeles franchise in the Clippers, although the Las Vegas opener against the Dallas Mavericks is the headline one.
After all, that will give the Lakers their first look at No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg. Flagg is someone who could be a problem for Los Angeles and the rest of the Western Conference for years to come, especially if he seamlessly fits in alongside players such as Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving.
The regular-season matchups between the two teams that will also feature Dončić and Davis will make more headlines seeing how they were traded for each other last season, but this is still an intriguing Summer League showdown.
All eyes will also be on Bronny James during Summer League, as the son of the legendary LeBron James will play a larger role than he does in the team's regular season rotation.
He is always under the spotlight given his famous father, but the Lakers surely hope he takes strides in his second NBA season after he was largely an afterthought in the rotation during his rookie campaign.
Summer League is his best chance to show off some of those potential improvements.
