Aaron Rodgers Rumors: QB Wants Next Team to Have Culture Similar to Packers
Aaron Rodgers is searching for a team that has "a culture such as the one" the Green Bay Packers have, according to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer.
Breer noted that Rodgers' decision in free agency will come down to "what he sees as the best football situation," with money less of a factor.
The veteran quarterback earned four MVP awards to go along with a Super Bowl victory during his 18-year tenure with the Packers before spending 2023 and 2024 with the New York Jets.

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
Rodgers hit free agency when New York officially released him on March 12.
It's surprising that he's searching for an environment similar to the one he had in Green Bay, especially since his tenure with the team didn't end on a positive note.
Things got "somewhat contentious" between Rodgers and the Packers due to a lack of communication during the 2023 offseason, and he was eventually traded to the Jets (via ESPN's Rich Cimini and Rob Demovsky).
His 2024 campaign in New York appears to have affected his view of Green Bay, though.
Per Breer, Rodgers has been "open with people around him on his renewed appreciation for what he had for 18 seasons in Wisconsin" throughout the "past few months."
The New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers are reportedly interested in the signal-caller.
If Rodgers is on the lookout for a winning atmosphere, it's hard to find one better than the environment that Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has cultivated.
Pittsburgh has never finished with a losing record in all 18 years of Tomlin's career with the team and has made the playoffs in four of the past five seasons. Rodgers would also have an easy path toward a first-string role with 2024 starter Russell Wilson still a free agent.
While the Giants have experienced their fair share of success throughout their history, they own a record of just 9-25 since the start of the 2023 season. New York also signed veteran Jameis Winston on Friday.
As Rodgers closes in on a free-agent decision, he's keeping his Packers career in mind.
