After Travis Scott's involvement in the closing segment of Elimination Chamber, both Seth Rollins and Jey Uso let their feelings be known about the superstar rapper.

Scott aided The Rock and John Cena in their beatdown of WWE champion Cody Rhodes at Elimination Chamber, and Rhodes emerged with a black eye, which was caused by Scott, per Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio (h/t WrestlePurists).

When asked about Scott during an appearance on WFAN (h/t Felix Upton of Ringside News) on Monday, Rollins said:

"I have mercy on Travis Scott. That is not a man that needs to be in a wrestling ring with these giant humans. No offense to him, but he's a cruiserweight, brother. He can wrestle Rey Mysterio, maybe. He doesn't know what he's doing in there. He just whacked him in the side of the head, gave him a big ol' bruise, busted him open—just awful."

Seth went on to suggest that Scott will be in for a world of hurt if Rhodes gets the opportunity for revenge, saying: "If Cody gets his hands on him, it's done and dusted. Cody isn't like Braun Strowman or Andre The Giant, he's not a massive guy, but he dwarfs Travis Scott. If he can get through Travis' team of people, it's game over for him."

Uso also commented on the incident during an appearance on Peter Rosenberg's Cheap Heat podcast (h/t Upton), saying: "Man, somebody ain't tell [Scott] how to work-slap [Rhodes]? Yo man, he probably too damn lit. I don't know."

Scott has limited experience around the world of pro wrestling, and he has never had a match, but that may soon change.

After The Rock confirmed at the post-Elimination Chamber press conference that Scott wrestling in WWE was potentially in the works, Fightful Select (h/t Steve Carrier of Ringside News) reported that Scott has been doing some wrestling training and conversations have taken place regarding him having a match in WWE.

WWE head of creative Triple H later said at the Sloan Sports Analytics Conference (h/t Carrier) that Scott is "in the middle of a storyline right now that will get bigger as we head into WrestleMania, and coming out of it."

All of that suggests Scott may continue to be aligned with The Rock and Cena moving forward, and that could lead to some receipts from Cody and other wrestlers in exchange for Scott's actions at Elimination Chamber.

Rhodes Segment Reportedly Cut from SmackDown

WWE champion Cody Rhodes cut a passionate promo on Friday night's episode of SmackDown, but he was reportedly supposed to also be part of another segment that didn't come to fruition.

According to Fightful Select (h/t Carrier), original SmackDown plans called for Rhodes to have a backstage segment with R-Truth, which is something that occurred one week earlier.

However, last week's Rhodes-Truth segment was scrapped, and it was speculated by some that the reasoning for the change was related to the seriousness of Cody's promo.

The segment from the week before was comedic in nature, as Truth was in the private locker room The Rock set up for Rhodes, eating some food from the giant spread that was laid out.

Rhodes and Truth had a conversation about The Rock's request for Cody to sell him his soul, but it was based in humor, as nearly all of Truth's segments tend to be.

There could have been some value in Rhodes and Truth having another segment last week, especially since a big part of Truth's character is his admiration for John Cena, who shockingly turned heel on Cody at Elimination Chamber.

Truth's reaction to the Cena heel turn may come in time, but it may be a good idea to keep that separate from Rhodes, who is in the midst of a heated rivalry with Cena.

The American Nightmare had a similar message in the promo he cut Monday night on Raw, and next Monday, he and Cena will be under the same roof for the first time since Elimination Chamber, which could make for an explosive situation.

Belair, Naomi Reportedly Praised for SmackDown Segment

Both Bianca Belair and Naomi reportedly received high marks internally for their promo segment on Friday's episode of SmackDown.

According to Fightful Select (h/t Carrier), Belair received "heavy praise" for her reaction to the revelation that Naomi was the one who attacked Jade Cargill several months ago.

Also, a tenured WWE employee told Fightful that people in the company felt it was "the first time Naomi had the opportunity to be highlighted in a promo like that with substance, and she excelled."

Cargill returned at Elimination Chamber after getting taken out by a mystery attacker months earlier. She shockingly attacked Naomi, who had been one of her on-screen allies previously.

That led to Bianca pressing Naomi for answers on SmackDown in one of the most emotional WWE segments in recent memory.

Both Belair and Naomi managed to produce tears, which added a ton of drama to the promo, and made it feel like an even bigger deal once Naomi admitted her wrongdoing.

Naomi insulted Belair while Bianca was leaving the ring, leading to Cargill arriving and once again attacking Naomi.

Belair has now moved on to the Women's World Championship scene after winning the women's Elimination Chamber match, but all signs point toward a singles match between Cargill and Naomi at WrestleMania 41, which will represent arguably the most significant match of both of their careers.
