Roman Reigns Returns to WWE During Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk After Royal Rumble Injury
Roman Reigns made his return to WWE programming on Monday Night Raw on Netflix for the first time since the Royal Rumble on Feb. 1.
In the midst of a brutal steel cage main event between Seth Rollins and CM Punk, Reigns made a shocking return, dragging Rollins out of the cage to hand him the win—only to unleash a relentless beating on him outside the ring.

Stage Set for Backlash, More Raw Fallout 👀

Reigns' Air Jordans Release Date
During the latter stages of the men's Royal Rumble match, Reigns and Rollins were eliminated at the same time by Punk. Paul then dumped Punk over the top rope, leaving Reigns, Rollins and Punk in disbelief on the floor.
A frustrated Rollins snapped, as he hit Reigns with a stomp on the floor and then on the steel stairs before proceeding to throw hands with Punk.
With Reigns out of action due to Rollins' attack, both Punk and Rollins qualified for the men's Elimination Chamber match in Toronto.
Rollins and Punk made it to the final three with John Cena, but after Rollins was eliminated, he once again went off the deep end and stomped Punk, which allowed Cena to beat him and earn a WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41.
On the ensuing episode of Raw, Rollins and Punk engaged in a heated brawl, which set the stage for a steel cage match between them on the March 10 episode of Raw.
Reigns has competed in the main event of the past four WrestleManias, as they all coincided with his historic world title run, but it looks as though the Night 2 main event at WrestleMania 41 belongs to Rhodes and Cena this year.
However, if the plan for Reigns is a Triple Threat match against Rollins and Punk, it is possible that bout could serve as the Night 1 main event, which would technically keep The Tribal Chief's streak alive.
Regardless of what the WrestleMania plans are for Reigns, having him back in the fold is huge for WWE since he remains one of the company's biggest stars by every metric.
With WrestleMania 41 quickly approaching on April 19 and 20, it now truly feels like the road to WrestleMania has started thanks to Reigns' long-awaited return.
