WWE and 2K revealed the Superstars who will make up this year's DLC, with several new faces who signed late enough not to be on the standard roster and other legends who will encourage fans to purchase the game's Season Pass or one of the two special editions (Deadman or Bloodline). They are as follows:

New Wave Pack - May 2025

* Alex Shelley

* Chris Sabin

* Giulia

* Stephanie Vaquer

* Special celebrity not yet announced

Dunk and Destruction Pack - June 2025

* Abyss

* The Great Khali

* Three NBA stars not yet announced

Fearless Pack - July 2025

* Jordynne Grace

* New Jack

* Penta

* Bull Nakano

* Special celebrity not yet announced

Atttude Era Superstars Pack - September 2025

* D'Lo Brown

* Billy Gunn

* Road Dogg

* Victoria

* Mark Henry

Saturday Night's Main Event Pack - November 2025

* Jesse "The Body" Ventura

* "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff

* Tito Santana

* Junkyard Dog

* Sid Justice

The inclusion of Vaquer, Grace, Giulia and Penta will be a significant draw for fans who want to play with the top new faces in WWE.

The former AEW, TNA, and international stars are among the most interesting and popular stars in the company right now and the opportunity to match them up against their peers in dream matches or guide them through any number of the game's new features make the New Wave and Fearless packs that much more desirable.

There's a certain level of intrigue surrounding the celebrity and NBA inclusions but without any further information who those stars may be, it is unlikely that they are driving excitement around the DLC.

Attitude Era fans always have a considerable amount of stars to choose from and adding the New Age Outlaws, D'Lo Brown, Mark Henry, and longtime Hall of Fame snub Victoria to the game will only enhance their enjoyment.

Fans of the classic era of WWE should be overjoyed to see larger-than-life characters like Ventura, Justice, and JYD and unsung heroes like Orndorff and Santana joining the fray.

In all, this year's DLC is not as plentiful as last year's but it is as high a quality, thanks to the front-loaded new faces that are entering the game in a timely manner that allows fans to play with them while they are still red-hot and relevant.

New Features

3 of 3

MyFACTION remains one of the game's most popular features, giving players the opportunity to acquire cards, build factions, and create super groups to battle opponents.

This year's World Tour allows gamers to travel to different regions with unique challenges, stipulations, and tour regulations.

Elsewhere, The Island takes the gameplay out of the ring and to several different zones, where players will compete in challenges, games, and matches, all to impress The tribal Chief himself, Roman Reigns.

The Showcase Mode sees players compete in historic matches where they can relive, rewrite, or create history using members of the iconic Samoan dynasty.

Coupled with the updated versions of MyGM and MyRISE, the 2025 game features plenty to keep players invested, interested, and coming back for more.
