MLB State of the Position 2025: Every Team's 5-Year Plan in the Outfield
Some of baseball's biggest names call the outfield home, including stars like Aaron Judge, Juan Soto, Ronald Acuña Jr., Mike Trout, Julio Rodríguez, Fernando Tatis Jr., Corbin Carroll, Kyle Tucker, Jackson Chourio, Jackson Merrill and many others.
There is also plenty more talent in the minor league pipeline, including consensus No. 1 prospect in baseball Roman Anthony.
Ahead, we've broken down each team's present and future outlook in the outfield, highlighting their current starters and their top prospects.
Included with each top prospect is his tier ranking, which reflects where he was slotted in Bleacher Report's most recent farm system rankings.
Think of this as the team's five-year plan at the position.

Arizona Diamondbacks
1 of 30
Present
Corbin Carroll (Age: 23; controllable through 2031)
Jake McCarthy (Age: 27; controllable through 2028)
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. (Age: 31; controllable through 2027)
The emergence of Jake McCarthy has given the D-backs two long-term pieces in the outfield, and they could have a third if Alek Thomas bounced back from a disappointing 2024 campaign.
Future
Druw Jones (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Ryan Waldschmidt (Tier 2, ETA: 2027)
Slade Caldwell (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Druw Jones took a step toward putting his injury issues behind him last season with an .813 OPS over 109 games at Single-A, while Slade Caldwell (No. 29 overall) and Ryan Waldschmidt (No. 31 overall) were the D-backs top two picks in the 2024 draft.
Athletics
2 of 30
Present
Lawrence Butler (Age: 24; controllable through 2029)
JJ Bleday (Age: 27; controllable through 2028)
Seth Brown (Age: 32; controllable through 2026)
Breakout seasons from Lawrence Butler and JJ Bleday last year have given the Athletics a solid offensive core to build around, while Seth Brown remains a low-cost source of power with a 103 OPS+ and 73 home runs over the past four seasons.
Future
Colby Thomas (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Henry Bolte (Tier 1, ETA: 2026)
Denzel Clarke (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
After hitting .277/.342/.563 with 44 doubles, 31 home runs and 92 RBI in 132 games between Double-A and Triple-A last year, Colby Thomas has very little left to prove in the minors, and he could push for the starting left field job before the All-Star break.
Atlanta Braves
3 of 30
Present
Michael Harris II (Age: 23; controllable through 2032)
Ronald Acuña Jr. (Age: 27; controllable through 2028)
Jurickson Profar (Age: 32; controllable through 2027)
Michael Harris II and Ronald Acuña Jr. are part of a long list of Braves players that have signed early, team-friendly extensions in recent years. Jurickson Profar landed a three-year, $42 million deal this winter on the heels of a career year in 2024.
Future
Diego Tornes (Tier 3, ETA: 2030)
Luis Guanipa (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Junior Garcia (Tier 3, ETA: 2029)
The Braves top prospect list skews heavily toward pitching, but there is some intriguing position player talent in the lower levels of the minors, including the trio of teenage outfielders listed above.
Baltimore Orioles
4 of 30
Present
Colton Cowser (Age: 24; controllable through 2029)
Tyler O'Neill (Age: 29; controllable through 2027)
Cedric Mullins (Age: 30; controllable through 2025)
The O's have had some turnover in the outfield with Austin Hays traded to Philadelphia last summer and Anthony Santander gone in free agency this winter and replaced by Tyler O'Neill. Will they also let Cedric Mullins walk next winter with more young outfield talent on the way?
Future
Heston Kjerstad (Age: 26, ETA: 2025)
Vance Honeycutt (Tier 2, ETA: 2027)
Enrique Bradfield Jr. (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Heston Kjerstad hit .253/.351/.394 for a 119 OPS+ with four home runs and 14 RBI in 114 plate appearances in the big leagues last season, but he still does not have a clear path to everyday playing time. The 26-year-old could hit his way into a bigger role, similar to Colton Cowser in 2024.
Boston Red Sox
5 of 30
Present
Ceddanne Rafaela (Age: 24, controllable through 2032)
Wilyer Abreu (Age: 25; controllable through 2029)
Jarren Duran (Age: 28; controllable through 2028)
Coming off an 8.7-WAR season, Jarren Duran could be an extension candidate with a similarly impressive start to the 2025 season. Wilyer Abreu had a strong rookie campaign, but he could end up being a trade chip once Roman Anthony arrives on the scene and stakes his claim to an everyday spot in the outfield.
Future
Roman Anthony (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Miguel Bleis (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Jhostynxon Garcia (Tier 3, ETA: 2026)
After hitting .291/.396/.498 with 32 doubles, 18 home runs, 65 RBI and 21 steals in 119 games between Double-A and Triple-A in his age-20 season, Roman Anthony is widely regarded as baseball's best prospect. He will almost certainly start the year back in the minors, but he could force his way into the MLB picture in short order.
Chicago Cubs
6 of 30
Present
Pete Crow-Armstrong (Age: 22; controllable through 2030)
Ian Happ (Age: 30; controllable through 2026)
Kyle Tucker (Age: 28; controllable through 2025)
The addition of Kyle Tucker has pushed Seiya Suzuki into the everyday DH role, though Tucker's stay on the North Side could be short-lived with free agency looming next winter. After tallying 2.3 WAR in 123 games, Pete Crow-Armstrong looks like a rising star in center field.
Future
Owen Caissie (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Kevin Alcántara (Tier 2, ETA: 2025)
Brett Bateman (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Owen Caissie hit .278/.375/.473 with 29 doubles, 19 home runs, 75 RBI and 11 steals in 127 games at Triple-A, and while he does not have a clear path to playing time in the MLB outfield, he should see the big leagues at some point in 2025.
Chicago White Sox
7 of 30
Present
Luis Robert Jr. (Age: 27; controllable through 2027)
Andrew Benintendi (Age: 30; controllable through 2027)
Mike Tauchman (Age: 34; controllable through 2025)
Luis Robert Jr. is owed $15 million in the final guaranteed season of his contract in 2025, but he also has a pair of $20 million club options for 2026 and 2027. That flexibility adds to his potential trade value, and there's a good chance he will be playing elsewhere before the 2025 season is over.
Future
Braden Montgomery (Tier 1, ETA: 2027)
George Wolkow (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Samuel Zavala (Tier 3, ETA: 2026)
Braden Montgomery and Samuel Zavala were acquired as part of the return packages in the Garrett Crochet and Dylan Cease trades, respectively. George Wolkow is a towering 6'7", 239-pound slugger who turned 19 years old in January and is still just scratching the surface of his offensive potential.
Cincinnati Reds
8 of 30
Present
TJ Friedl (Age: 29; controllable through 2028)
Jake Fraley (Age: 29; controllable through 2026)
Austin Hays (Age: 29; controllable through 2025)
The addition of Austin Hays on a one-year, $5 million deal could end up being one of the steals of the offseason. The 29-year-old was an All-Star in 2023, and at the very least should be a productive platoon option against left-handed pitching.
Future
Sal Stewart (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Hector Rodriguez (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Ethan O'Donnell (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
With a wealth of young infield talent, Sal Stewart could end up in left field by the time he reaches the majors, despite playing primarily second base and third base in the minors. The 21-year-old had an .844 OPS with 32 extra-base hits in 338 plate appearances at the High-A level last season.
Cleveland Guardians
9 of 30
Present
Will Brennan (Age: 27, controllable through 2028)
Steven Kwan (Age: 27; controllable through 2027)
Lane Thomas (Age: 29; controllable through 2025)
Steven Kwan saw his salary jump to $4.18 million in his first year of arbitration eligibility this winter, and that could motivate the Guardians to pursue an extension that brings some cost certainty to at least the next few seasons. With a game built around contact skills and defense, he should age well into his 30s.
Future
Chase DeLauter (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Jaison Chourio (Tier 1, ETA: 2027)
Johnathan Rodriguez (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
If not for nagging foot issues, Chase DeLauter might already be the Guardians everyday right fielder. Assuming he stays upright in 2025, he should get his first taste of the big leagues. That said, Johnathan Rodriguez might get the first look after hitting .301/.390/.540 with 29 home runs and 94 RBI in 118 games at Triple-A.
Colorado Rockies
10 of 30
Present
Jordan Beck (Age: 23; controllable through 2030)
Brenton Doyle (Age: 26; controllable through 2029)
Nolan Jones (Age: 26; controllable through 2028)
After a 4.3-WAR rookie season in 2023, Nolan Jones took a huge step backward during an injury-plagued 2024, and he now needs to prove he can be an everyday option going forward. If everything clicks and all three play up to their potential, this could be a sneaky good outfield trio.
Future
Robert Calaz (Tier 1, ETA: 2028)
Cole Carrigg (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Yanquiel Fernández (Tier 2, ETA: 2025)
We have Charlie Condon projected to stick at third base for the sake of this discussion, but he obviously moves to the top of the list if he does end up making the full-time move to the outfield. Yanquiel Fernández and Zac Veen (Tier 2) could both make their MLB debuts in 2025.
Detroit Tigers
11 of 30
Present
Parker Meadows (Age: 25; controllable through 2030)
Riley Greene (Age: 24; controllable through 2028)
Matt Vierling (Age: 28; controllable through 2027)
The versatility of Matt Vierling means that Wenceel Perez should also once again see at least semi-regular playing time in the outfield following a solid rookie season. Vierling made 42 starts at third base last year on top of his work at all three outfield spots.
Future
Max Clark (Tier 1, ETA: 2027)
Justice Bigbie (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
Cris Rodriguez (Tier 3, ETA: 2030)
The No. 3 overall pick in the 2023 draft, Max Clark hit .279/.372/.421 with 36 extra-base hits and 29 steals in 107 games between Single-A and High-A. The 20-year-old might never be a top-tier power threat, but his hit tool, speed and defense still give him star upside.
Houston Astros
12 of 30
Present
Jose Altuve (Age: 34; controllable through 2029)
Jake Meyers (Age: 28; controllable through 2027)
Chas McCormick (Age: 29; controllable through 2026)
With Kyle Tucker traded to the Cubs and no major outside additions made this winter, the Astros will be counting on both Chas McCormick and Jake Meyers to handle everyday roles in the outfield, while Jose Altuve is set to shift from second base to left field.
Future
Jacob Melton (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Luis Baez (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Kevin Alvarez (Tier 3, ETA: 2030)
Jacob Melton hit .253/.310/.426 with 20 doubles, 15 home runs, 54 RBI and 30 steals in 105 games between Double-A and Triple-A last year, and the 2022 second-round pick should see the big leagues at some point in 2025.
Kansas City Royals
13 of 30
Present
MJ Melendez (Age: 26; controllable through 2028)
Kyle Isbel (Age: 28; controllable through 2027)
Hunter Renfroe (Age: 33; controllable through 2025)
The Royals are running back the same outfield they used a year ago, with newcomer Jonathan India a candidate to see time in left field as the season unfolds and roles become more clear.
Future
Gavin Cross (Tier 2, ETA: 2025)
Asbel Gonzalez (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Carson Roccaforte (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
After a rough 2023 season, Gavin Cross started to show more of what made him the No. 9 overall pick in the 2022 draft last season. The 24-year-old hit .261/.342/.428 with 19 doubles, 15 home runs, 59 RBI and 30 steals in 101 games at Double-A, and he could factor into the MLB outfield plans by midseason.
Los Angeles Angels
14 of 30
Present
Mike Trout (Age: 33; controllable through 2030)
Jo Adell (Age: 25; controllable through 2027)
Taylor Ward (Age: 31; controllable through 2026)
With Mike Trout set to shift to right field in an effort to stay healthy, the Angels will use a platoon of Jo Adell and Mickey Moniak in center field this season. Taylor Ward was a popular name on the trade market last summer, and he could again be at the center of trade talks this year if the Angels fall out of the race early.
Future
Nelson Rada (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Matthew Lugo (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
Randy De Jesus (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Keep an eye on Matthew Lugo as a potential MLB contributor in 2025 after he hit .287/.376/.578 with 21 doubles, 17 home runs and 57 RBI in 79 games in the upper levels of the minors last year. The Angels acquired him at the trade deadline in the deal that sent reliever Luis García to the Red Sox.
Los Angeles Dodgers
15 of 30
Present
Tommy Edman (Age: 29; controllable through 2030)
Teoscar Hernández (Age: 32; controllable through 2028)
Michael Conforto (Age: 32; controllable through 2025)
With Teoscar Hernandez re-signed, Tommy Edman extended long-term and Michael Conforto added on a one-year, $17 million deal, the Dodgers have a crowded outfield and no clear path to playing time for former top prospects Andy Pages and James Outman.
Future
Josue De Paula (Tier 1, ETA: 2027)
Dalton Rushing (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Zyhir Hope (Tier 2, ETA: 2027)
Josue De Paula has one of the highest offensive ceilings of any prospect in the minors, while catcher-turned-outfielder Dalton Rushing is knocking on the MLB door after hitting .271/.385/.512 with 21 doubles, 26 home runs and 85 RBI in 115 games between Double-A and Triple-A last year.
Miami Marlins
16 of 30
Present
Dane Myers (Age: 28; controllable through 2029)
Kyle Stowers (Age: 27; controllable through 2029)
Jesús Sánchez (Age: 27; controllable through 2027)
With only Jesús Sánchez locked into a starting spot in the Miami outfield, the Marlins are a candidate to sign one of the remaining free-agent outfielders still looking for a new contract. That list includes Alex Verdugo, Adam Duvall, David Peralta and Robbie Grossman.
Future
Dillon Head (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Luis Cova (Tier 3, ETA: 2029)
PJ Morlando (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
With a 55-hit, 50-power offensive profile and a strong track record of production on the showcase circuit, PJ Morlando has the potential to quickly emerge as one of the better offensive prospects in the Marlins system after going No. 16 overall in the 2024 draft.
Milwaukee Brewers
17 of 30
Present
Jackson Chourio (Age: 20; controllable through 2033)
Sal Frelick (Age: 24; controllable through 2029)
Garrett Mitchell (Age: 26; controllable through 2028)
The Brewers have one of the most exciting young outfields in baseball, headlined by rising superstar Jackson Chourio who is still only 20 years old and was the youngest player to appear in a MLB game in 2024.
Future
Braylon Payne (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Brailyn Antunez (Tier 3, ETA: 2030)
Yophery Rodriguez (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Braylon Payne was one of the more surprising first-round picks in the 2024 draft, going No. 17 overall and signing a below-slot deal for $3.44 million. With elite speed on the bases that also plays well in center field and a solid hit tool, he has the potential to be an impact up-the-middle player.
Minnesota Twins
18 of 30
Present
Matt Wallner (Age: 27; controllable through 2029)
Byron Buxton (Age: 31; controllable through 2028)
Trevor Larnach (Age: 28; controllable through 2027)
With Max Kepler and Manuel Margot both gone in free agency, the Twins outfield will have a different look this season. Matt Wallner and Trevor Larnach have both flashed impact offensive potential, and will look to put it all together over full seasons in the starting lineup. Utility man Willi Castro will also likely see some time in the outfield.
Future
Walker Jenkins (Tier 1, ETA: 2026)
Emmanuel Rodriguez (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Eduardo Beltre (Tier 3, ETA: 2029)
Walker Jenkins and Emmanuel Rodriguez are two of the best outfield prospects in all of baseball, and both have the potential to be perennial All-Stars once they settle in as big leaguers. The Twins don't have any reason to rush them to the majors, but they could force their way into the picture late in the 2025 season or early next year.
New York Mets
19 of 30
Present
Juan Soto (Age: 26; controllable through 2039)
Brandon Nimmo (Age: 31; controllable through 2030)
Jose Siri (Age: 29; controllable through 2027)
The Mets still owe Brandon Nimmo another $123 million over the next six years, so he will be a staple in the outfield alongside newcomer Juan Soto for the foreseeable future. Center field figures to be a platoon of Jose Siri and Tyrone Taylor, though a hot start by either player could make them the primary starter.
Future
Jett Williams (Tier 1, ETA: 2026)
Carson Benge (Tier 2, ETA: 2027)
Drew Gilbert (Tier 2, ETA: 2025)
With a crowded infield, top prospect Jett Williams will likely wind up in center field when all is said and done, and he has the speed and on-base skills to be a table-setter at the top of the lineup.
New York Yankees
20 of 30
Present
Aaron Judge (Age: 32; controllable through 2031)
Jasson Dominguez (Age: 22; controllable through 2030)
Cody Bellinger (Age: 29; controllable through 2025)
Aaron Judge will shift back to right field this year after Cody Bellinger was acquired from the Cubs to man center field, while Jasson Dominguez will look to bring some stability to what has been a revolving door in left field. Dominguez, 22, still holds prospect eligibility and will be one of the early AL Rookie of the Year favorites.
Future
Spencer Jones (Tier 1, ETA: 2026)
Everson Pereira (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
Brando Mayea (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
The 2025 season could be a make-or-break year for Spencer Jones as far as his top prospect status is concerned. The 23-year-old finished the 2024 season on a high note, but still hit just .259/.336/.452 with a staggering 200 strikeouts in 544 plate appearances at Double-A.
Philadelphia Phillies
21 of 30
Present
Brandon Marsh (Age: 27; controllable through 2027)
Nick Castellanos (Age: 33; controllable through 2026)
Max Kepler (Age: 32; controllable through 2025)
With Bryce Harper now manning first base and Kyle Schwarber penciled in as the everyday DH, the Phillies outfield has a different look than it did a few years ago. Brandon Marsh is now the everyday center fielder, newcomer Max Kepler will handle left field and Johan Rojas will have his defensive skills utilized as a fourth outfielder.
Future
Justin Crawford (Tier 1, ETA: 2026)
Dante Nori (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Griffin Burkholder (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Justin Crawford established himself as a top-tier prospect in 2024 by hitting .313/.360/.444 with 38 extra-base hits and 42 steals in 110 games between High-A and Double-A. The 21-year-old can make his case for a starting job in 2026 with a similar showing in the upper levels of the minors.
Pittsburgh Pirates
22 of 30
Present
Bryan Reynolds (Age: 30; controllable through 2031)
Oneil Cruz (Age: 26; controllable through 2028)
Tommy Pham (Age: 36; controllable through 2025)
The Pirates inked veteran Tommy Pham to a one-year, $4 million deal to plug a glaring hole in left field, though that spot could eventually be filled by Nick Yorke. The former Red Sox prospect is also in the mix for playing time at second base, and he is ready for an extended look in the big leagues.
Future
Nick Yorke (Tier 2, ETA: 2025)
Billy Cook (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
Gabriel Rodriguez (Tier 3, ETA: 2030)
At 26 years old, Billy Cook is on the older end of the prospect scale, but after posting an .849 OPS with 24 doubles, 17 home runs and 74 RBI in 116 games between Double-A and Triple-A, he could play his way onto the Opening Day roster this spring.
San Diego Padres
23 of 30
Present
Fernando Tatis Jr. (Age: 26; controllable through 2034)
Jackson Merrill (Age: 21; controllable through 2029)
Jason Heyward (Age: 35; controllable through 2025)
The Padres have two franchise cornerstones in the outfield in Fernando Tatis Jr. and Jackson Merrill, but left field had to be cobbled together in free agency after Jurickson Profar departed for Atlanta. They ended up signing Jason Heyward and Connor Joe, and that tandem has a chance to be a productive, low-cost platoon.
Future
Tirso Ornelas (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
Kavares Tears (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Kai Roberts (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
After hitting .297/.367/.497 with 24 doubles, 23 home runs and 89 RBI in 128 games at Triple-A last season, Tirso Ornelas has a solid chance of breaking camp with a spot on the Opening Day roster.
San Francisco Giants
24 of 30
Present
Heliot Ramos (Age: 25; controllable through 2029)
Jung Hoo Lee (Age: 26; controllable through 2029)
Mike Yastrzemski (Age: 34; controllable through 2025)
Heliot Ramos had a breakout 2024 season, and Jung Hoo Lee could be in line for a 2025 breakout after a shoulder injury cut his rookie campaign short after just 37 games. Mike Yastrzemski will be a free agent next winter, and given his age the Giants might opt to move on.
Future
James Tibbs III (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Rayner Arias (Tier 3, ETA: 2028)
Dakota Jordan (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
James Tibbs III (No. 13 overall) and Dakota Jordan (No. 116 overall) were two of the best college bats in the 2024 draft, and both could help the Giants in the short-term thanks to their offensive polish.
Seattle Mariners
25 of 30
Present
Julio Rodríguez (Age: 24; controllable through 2034)
Victor Robles (Age: 27; controllable through 2027)
Randy Arozarena (Age: 30; controllable through 2026)
Full seasons of Randy Arozarena and Victor Robles should give the Mariners a nice boost offensively, and the same would be true of a bounce-back season from Julio Rodríguez who caught fire down the stretch after a down year relative to his standards.
Future
Lazaro Montes (Tier 1, ETA: 2027)
Jonny Farmelo (Tier 2, ETA: 2028)
Tai Peete (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
With an imposing 6'3", 210-pound frame, Lazaro Montes has one of the highest offensive ceilings in the minors. The 20-year-old hit .288/.397/.484 with 21 doubles, 21 home runs and 105 RBI in 117 games between Single-A and High-A, and he could be a consensus Top 25 prospect in baseball by this time next year.
St. Louis Cardinals
26 of 30
Present
Jordan Walker (Age: 22; controllable through 2029)
Lars Nootbaar (Age: 27; controllable through 2027)
Brendan Donovan (Age: 28; controllable through 2027)
Will this be the year Jordan Walker finally realizes his vast offensive potential? The 22-year-old former top prospect hit .201/.253/.366 for a 71 OPS+ in 178 plate appearances last season and has been shuttled between the MLB roster and Triple-A the past two years, seemingly stunting his development.
Future
Victor Scott II (Age: 24, ETA: 2025)
Chase Davis (Tier 3, ETA: 2026)
Travis Honeyman (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Chase Davis hit .253/.350/.417 with 29 doubles, 12 home runs and 70 RBI in 112 games across three minor league levels last year, closing out the season at Double-A. The No. 21 overall pick in the 2023 draft is capable of a significant step forward in his second full pro season.
Tampa Bay Rays
27 of 30
Present
Jonny DeLuca (Age: 26; controllable through 2029)
Christopher Morel (Age: 25; controllable through 2028)
Josh Lowe (Age: 27; controllable through 2028)
Christopher Morel and Josh Lowe will be counted on to serve as two of the primary run producers in the Tampa Bay lineup this season, and both are still cost-effective options for a budget conscious franchise.
Future
Chandler Simpson (Tier 1, ETA: 2025)
Tre' Morgan (Tier 2, ETA: 2026)
Theo Gillen (Tier 2, ETA: 2028)
Speedy Chandler Simpson hit .355 with a .410 on-base percentage and 104 steals in 110 games last season between High-A and Double-A, and he is going to be an electric player to watch once he arrives in the big leagues. Expect his debut to come sometime later this year.
Texas Rangers
28 of 30
Present
Wyatt Langford (Age: 23; controllable through 2029)
Evan Carter (Age: 22; controllable through 2029)
Adolis García (Age: 32; controllable through 2026)
With so much long-term money already on the books, there's a good chance the Rangers will let Adolis García walk when he reaches free agency after the 2026 season. He is not listed here since he's still currently playing shortstop, but top prospect Sebastian Walcott could be a candidate to replace him in right field.
Future
Alejandro Osuna (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
Paulino Santana (Tier 3, ETA: 2029)
Dylan Dreiling (Tier 3, ETA: 2027)
Alejandro Osuna hit .292/.362/.507 with 24 doubles, 18 home runs, 61 RBI and 17 steals in 102 games between High-A and Double-A, and he also put together a solid run in the Arizona Fall League. The 22-year-old has raised his prospect profile significantly in the past year.
Toronto Blue Jays
29 of 30
Present
Anthony Santander (Age: 30; controllable through 2030)
Daulton Varsho (Age: 28; controllable through 2026)
George Springer (Age: 35; controllable through 2026)
Daulton Varsho was a 5.0-WAR player and Gold Glove winner last season, and it will be interesting to see if the Blue Jays make a push to extend him before he hits the open market following the 2026 season. The future of Vladimir Guerrero Jr. will likely determine what direction this franchise heads in the coming years.
Future
Alan Roden (Tier 3, ETA: 2025)
