Steelers' Russell Wilson Posts Training Video on IG Ahead of 2025 NFL Free Agency
Russell Wilson posted a video of himself training on Instagram as he prepares to enter free agency after spending the 2024 season with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Wilson signed a one-year, $1.2 million contract with the Steelers in March 2024 following the quarterback's release from the Denver Broncos.

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
At the end of the 2024 season, the 36-year-old confirmed that he'd have conversations with Pittsburgh's front office regarding a return to the team as a free agent.
"I think they've known that I've always wanted to be here and play here, but it is also a process," Wilson said, per ESPN's Brooke Pryor. "We haven't had those meetings yet, so we will have those and we'll go from there."
The 10-time Pro Bowl passer didn't make his first appearance with the Steelers until Week 7 due to a calf injury. In 11 regular-season starts, Wilson completed 63.7 percent of his throws for 2,482 yards and 16 touchdowns compared to five interceptions.
A return to Pittsburgh isn't the only possible outcome for the veteran, with ESPN's Jeremy Fowler listing the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Giants as potential destinations for the signal-caller.
After a pair of tumultuous years with the Broncos, Wilson wrapped up a resurgent 2024 campaign on the Steelers.
As he stays active during the offseason, he shouldn't have much trouble finding interested suitors once 2025 free agency begins on March 12.
