Predicting the Winners and Losers on the Road to WWE WrestleMania 41
After one of the most memorable Royal Rumble events in recent history, the WWE Universe has shifted its attention to the Road to WrestleMania 41.
Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair won their respective men's and women's Rumble matches to earn championship tilts, making them two of the biggest winners, but there are other Superstars who will benefit from the next two months of booking.
Add in several performers who will be cast aside for the biggest show of the year, and these are the biggest potential winners and losers on the Road to WrestleMania.
Winners
Jey Uso
As if winning the 2025 men's Rumble match was not enough for Jey Uso, the former tag team specialist will be the biggest benefactor on the Road to WrestleMania 41.
In addition to being one of the most popular Superstars on the roster, garnering epic reactions on a weekly basis, Uso will likely be squaring off against Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 19-20.
While The Ring General's booking has been lackluster at best, he is still getting largely negative reactions as a top heel.
Not only will Gunther be the perfect champion for Jey to dethrone, but the current titleholder is also one of the best in-ring performers in the business, which will help the challenger create an iconic moment as he wins his first world title.
Tiffany Stratton
After winning the WWE Women's Championship, Tiffany Stratton has become one of the company's most popular female performers, earning positive reactions from fans in many arenas.
For WrestleMania 41, Stratton will likely be tasked with taking on women's Rumble winner Charlotte Flair, who has received largely negative reactions for her victory. As a result, the current champion will be portrayed as the prevailing hero on the road to the April event.
The Center of the Universe proved during her run in NXT that she could be a top heel, but her time on the main roster has been primarily as a face.
With the chance to portray a face against a women's wrestling legend, this is the champion's chance to prove her worth.
Losers
Cody Rhodes
It's hard to imagine Cody Rhodes as one of the biggest losers on the Road to WrestleMania while still holding the Undisputed WWE Championship, but fans are focused on other performers and better storylines.
Even at Elimination Chamber, where several top names will be fighting for the chance to square off against The American Nightmare, the focus will shift to likely winner John Cena and his pursuit of a record-breaking 17th world title.
Add in the fact that Cena will likely bury Rhodes on the microphone during the build to their match—a common tactic employed by the veteran—and Rhodes' loss at WrestleMania will cap off a lackluster run to the year's biggest show.
Rhea Ripley
While Rhea Ripley remains one of the most popular performers on the roster, she will be one of the biggest losers on the Road to WrestleMania, as all eyes will be on Stratton vs. Flair instead of the Women's World Championship.
If Becky Lynch's return isn't happening anytime soon, the Raw women's division is thin at the top, with no performer right now on the same level as the champion. There is no doubt that the roster is talented, but Ripley deserves a main event-worthy feud.
With Liv Morgan not a viable option right now and WWE looking to build Iyo Sky as a possible threat to the belt, Ripley will likely be underutilized leading to The Show of Shows.
If Lynch doesn't come back to challenge the champion, Ripley won't be booked properly leading into WrestleMania.
