NFL OTA Schedule 2015: List of Minicamp Dates for All 32 Teams
The NFL offseason continues to hurtle along toward training camp with the opening of team OTAs just around the corner.
Most teams begin OTAs this week, but some don't start until as late as late May/early June.
Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, most teams were allowed to begin Phase 1 of offseason workouts in late April, the activities of which are limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation over two weeks, per NFL.com.

Phase 2 is three weeks long and began for most teams in early May. In this phase, players can participate in positional drills, but no live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills are allowed.
Now teams prepare to head into Phase 3, or OTAs, which is a four-week-long period during which teams can conduct 10 days of organized team activity, including 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.
All teams except for the St. Louis Rams also have a mandatory camp in mid-June.

Teams to Follow This Offseason
New England Patriots

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has appealed the four-game suspension he was issued in connection with Deflategate; now, the storyline becomes whether or not he will get it overturned.
If Brady misses the full four games or even if his suspension is lessened to two, the Patriots will have some moves to make this offseason to prepare for a division-rival-heavy schedule in the early part of the season.
Beginning May 13, NFL teams are able to sign veteran free agents without them counting against 2016 compensatory draft picks. With only Jimmy Garoppolo and Garrett Gilbert on the roster behind Brady, New England could look to bring in a veteran signal-caller to carry the team through up to the first quarter of the season.
The free-agent market at quarterback isn't promising. New England's top options would be Michael Vick, Matt Flynn and Jason Campbell.
The development of second-year quarterback Garoppolo will be something to keep an eye on this offseason in Patriots offseason activities, as well.
In the video above, Bleacher Report's Chris Simms suggests that if Garoppolo is indeed the guy if Brady's suspension is upheld, the Patriots will simplify the offense for him, condensing the playbook and giving him the option to audible out of trouble once he reads the defense.
Playing in parts of six games last season, Garoppolo went 19-of-27 for 182 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. He had a completion percentage of 70.4. It's a small sample size, but it's a nice start.
A silver lining to Brady's suspension could be that New England gives Garoppolo more in-game experience and gets a better look at what their future at the position may look like.
Dallas Cowboys

OTAs are voluntary, but it looks like all the Dallas Cowboys will attend save for only Dez Bryant and Orlando Scandrick, who skipped earlier voluntary workouts, per the Dallas News.
The Cowboys, however, know what they have in Bryant and Scandrick. The real players to watch throughout OTAs and training camp are free-agent acquisition Greg Hardy and rookie Randy Gregory.
How will those players fit into Dallas' locker room? Will they make headlines for their immense talent or for their off-field troubles?
The running back group will also be scrutinized closely. With DeMarco Murray having departed for Philadelphia, the Cowboys will have to turn to Joseph Randle, Darren McFadden, Ryan Williams and Lance Dunbar—if they don't bring in a veteran to elevate the group.
Randle, who had the most attempts (51) after Murray (393) in 2014, per Pro Football Focus, was arrested twice last season: once for shoplifting in October and another time for possession of marijuana in February.
If the Cowboys don't bring in a free-agent running back, Randle would likely carry the load for the team this season. He had three touchdowns and two fumbles in 2014, but he led the team's backs in yards per attempt, with 6.7, and yards after contact per attempt, at 4.2, per Pro Football Focus.
General manager Jerry Jones noted after the draft, when the Cowboys did not select a running back, that he has faith in Randle's abilities.
Also of note for Dallas heading into OTAs is that Tony Romo comes into them healthy and ready to go.
Philadelphia Eagles

Will the cast of talent that Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly has assembled this offseason—including quarterback Sam Bradford, linebacker Kiko Alonso, running back DeMarco Murray and cornerback Byron Maxwell—be worth more than the $80 million the team has paid out for them?
Or will it be the second failed "Dream Team" in less than five years?
Let's break down some of the specific position groups. As we know now, the Andy Reid "Dream Team" suffered from an ineffective offensive line, a subpar linebackers group and a secondary filled with holes.
Now, the Eagles head into the offseason with some legitimate competition on the line. Matt Tobin and Allen Barbre can compete at right guard. At left guard, Evan Mathis and his agent continue to try to work out a trade, per Mark Eckel of NJ.com, but unsuccessfully. If Philadelphia can bring Mathis back without having to give him a raise, that's a net win.
A healthy Jason Kelce, graded the No. 8 center in the league last year by Pro Football Focus, will anchor the line.
On paper, the Eagles have strengthened the linebackers group with the signing of Alonso. As long as he's healthy, he and DeMeco Ryans will hold down the inside—potentially with Mychal Kendricks, too, if he stays in Philly.
While former Packer Brad Jones proved last season in Green Bay he's lost his starting touch, he's not a bad option for depth at all.
The secondary is an abundance of riches for the Eagles, as rookie cornerback Eric Rowe will have a chance to beat out Walter Thurmond in camp for the starting spot opposite Maxwell, with Brandon Boykin manning the slot.
On paper, it all looks good for the Eagles, who will try to upset the balance of power in the NFC this season. But questions remain about Kelly's dream team. Who will start at quarterback? Why is Riley Cooper still on this team—and are young talents Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor ready to step up?
