John Calipari Shows Love for His Team on Twitter After Final Four Loss

Kyle NewportApr 5, 2015

While some in Big Blue Nation may consider this season a disappointment because Kentucky failed to win a championship, Wildcats coach John Calipari wants fans to appreciate what they witnessed out of the team during its near-historic run.

Kentucky entered its Final Four showdown against Wisconsin with a perfect 38-0 record. However, the Badgers were able to pull off a 71-64 victory on Saturday night, ending the Wildcats' championship dreams.

A 38-1 record is nothing to be ashamed of, but the timing of the loss couldn't have been much worse. Nevertheless, Calipari is still proud of everything that his squad accomplished.
