Pac-12 Tournament 2015: Semifinals Schedule, Live Stream, Bracket Predictions
Will the blowout victories come to an end in the 2015 Pac-12 tournament's semifinals?
Thursday's quarterfinal contests proved to be rather one-sided, as Oregon's eight-point win over Colorado proved to be the smallest winning margin by far. Here's a fun fact: Arizona's drubbing of California, UCLA's domination of USC and Utah's destruction of Stanford resulted in a combined winning margin of 72 points. Yikes.
Although, the conference is now down to its four best teams, and each has been playing extremely well recently. Due to the signature high-octane offenses of the Pac-12, we should be in for some very exciting shootouts during Friday's action.

Bracket Predictions
No. 1 Arizona vs. No. 4 UCLA
Arizona will continue its bid to earn a coveted No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament Friday against UCLA. The Wildcats have been playing extremely well during the second half of the season, winning 15 of their last 16 games, including their last nine straight.
No one has been able to come close to taking Arizona down recently, and California learned that the hard way, losing to the Wildcats by 22 points on Thursday. Arizona shot 47.3 percent from the floor as a team, distributed the ball nicely, limited turnovers and rebounded well enough to create scoring opportunities in transition.
Four starters finished the game with double-digit points, as forward Stanley Johnson led the way with 19 points and added seven rebounds. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson's physical play down low really complemented the team's scoring ability.
After the game, coach Sean Miller spoke of Hollis-Jefferson's performance during a press conference with The Associated Press, via ESPN.com: "Rondae does everything for us. He made some big plays defensively for us and a couple times in transition really ignited us."
Having so much versatility within its well-rounded roster is why Arizona continues to be a postseason force; however, the Wildcats will have their hands full against a very good Bruins team.

UCLA continues to ride its stellar offense to wins, as it put up 96 points on USC in the quarterfinals. Guard Isaac Hamilton was an absolute beast, hitting 13 of 17 attempts for 36 points on the game. As a team, the Bruins shot a remarkable 60.3 percent from the floor and 60.0 percent from downtown.
While offense continues to propel UCLA to victories, its defense has been its Achilles' heel at times. The Trojans did put up 70 points on the Bruins, as three players scored double-digit points, and the team shot 44.1 percent from the floor.
Against the better scoring offense and stronger defense of Arizona, the Bruins will have a difficult time winning in a shootout.
Predicted Winner: Arizona
No. 2 Oregon vs. No. 3 Utah

The Ducks have really turned it on of late, hitting their stride at the right time and riding a six-game winning streak heading into Friday's contest against Utah. In similar fashion to UCLA, Oregon has been winning games due to a strong offense masking its defensive deficiencies.

Oregon put up 93 points in a quarterfinals victory over Colorado. The team shot 53.2 percent from the floor, and all five starters scored double-digit points. Guard Joseph Young led the way with a 30-point performance, hitting 12 of his 22 attempts on the game.
Colorado isn't known for a great offense, ranking 148th in the nation; however, the Buffaloes still managed to put up 85 points and shoot 47.0 percent as a team. Three of their starters finished with double-digit points, and two bench players did the same. That kind of production doesn't bode well for Oregon's defense with the Utes next up on the slate.
Utah has been a solid scoring team this season, ranking 56th in the nation, but defense is where this squad hangs its hat. The Utes are the nation's 10th-ranked scoring defense and have been holding opponents to an average of just 56.6 points per game. Interestingly enough, Utah held Stanford to exactly 56 points in their quarterfinals clash.
The Cardinal had a difficult time getting good looks against Utah, hitting just 19 of 51 attempts from the floor. Stanford's second-chance opportunities were limited as well, as the Utes collected 39 rebounds to Stanford's 24.
Stanford coach Johnny Dawkins had this to say about the defeat during a press conference with The Associated Press, via ESPN.com: "I'm extremely disappointed. I always feel like we have a chance. They were able to set a tone, and it was difficult for us to respond."
If the Utes are able to set that same kind of tone against the Ducks, they'll be able to slow the game down and limit Oregon's scoring chances. In that scenario, it's difficult to see Utah taking a loss.
Predicted Winner: Utah
