WWE WrestleMania 2015: Feuds That Will Increase Excitement Level for Event

Aaron BowerMar 4, 2015

As is to be expected with the biggest show of the year, WWE WrestleMania 31 is starting to draw up feuds that create a major buzz.

With stars returning for the event now common, as well as a particularly high-profile debut in a WWE ring this year, there is much to get carried away about.

In fact, there are some feuds bubbling under the surface that are going to ramp up the excitement level like at no other point throughout the year, starting with Sting vs. Triple H.

Of course, Sting is the debutant that we alluded to a few moments ago, and his debut alone has created a huge amount of buzz among WWE fans.

Despite all the initial talk being around Sting feuding with The Undertaker, the WWE seems to have done a brilliant job in gradually incorporating Sting into its storylines.

It all started with Survivor Series, when Sting mysteriously and suddenly appeared, and the mystery shrouding when Sting will next appear is helping to create excitement on its own.

Triple H is a fantastic heel in this particular scenario, not least because he is fighting the archetypal WCW guy in Sting. Expect more confrontation and tension between the two men in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania.

After all, Sting performing in a WWE ring is something many wrestling fans believed they'd never see. That alone helps to get fans excited.

Elsewhere, it's also hard not to get excited about Bray Wyatt's latest work, especially as his match at WrestleMania acts as a major crossroads for his career.

It's been a lean few months for Wyatt, but in tasking him with promoting his match with The Undertaker all on his own, the WWE is giving a big indicator in how much it believes in Wyatt.

Seeing Wyatt lock horns with a WrestleMania legend will be exciting indeed, and he's been creating a bit of a buzz about the feud with his mysterious promos.

Should he pull this exciting feud off, then Wyatt should realistically be headed for a tilt at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship soon after. In many ways, it's incredible to think he hasn't had a proper chance yet.

Finally, how is it possible not to be excited by a particular feud in and among the Intercontinental Championship scramble?

WWE fans demanded Daniel Bryan have a worthwhile spot on the card at WrestleMania, and in Dolph Ziggler, we're going to see two of the most popular stars in the company lock horns.

The WWE has done the right thing in having neither man turn heel because their popularity is simply too good to be thrown away.

Should they both be in the Ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship, it's likely all eyes will be fixed on Bryan and Ziggler and the unique chemistry they possess.

We've seen in the past that Bryan and Ziggler are more than capable of pulling off a spectacular match or two, and although this won't quite be one-on-one, it will still be fascinating to watch.
