Andy Dalton, A.J. Green, Mohamed Sanu's Post-Week 9 Fantasy Reaction
Without A.J. Green in the lineup, Mohamed Sanu regularly posted WR1 numbers for fantasy owners and the Cincinnati Bengals. It turns out that even with Green in the lineup Sanu can still produce.
The young wide receiver caught another touchdown pass Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and has now posted 13 or more fantasy points in four of six games and eight or more fantasy points in five of six. Quickly becoming one of Andy Dalton's preferred targets, Sanu deserves at least flex consideration the rest of the way and could become a viable WR2 if he continues to produce with Green healthy.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈

Speaking of Green, he returned to action and as always produced for fantasy owners. Few players have proven to be more consistent in recent years, however, and Green should continue to be considered a WR1 every time he's on the field.
Dalton, on the other hand, is pretty firmly a QB2 at this point. Despite last year's excellent fantasy numbers, Dalton has scored 17 or more fantasy points in four of eight games and has yet to produce a single performance of 20 or more points.

As a QB2, he's an excellent, steady option for your bye weeks or if you are playing matchups. But if you are looking for a player to start every week, Dalton simply isn't offering the type of upside you need from a weekly QB1.
Hit me up on Twitter—I'll answer your fantasy questions and make some corny jokes, too. It's more fun than a Tom Brady vs. Peyton Manning duel.
