Cast of 'D2: The Mighty Ducks' Reunites to Celebrate 20th Anniversary of Film

Kyle NewportSep 22, 2014

It's hard to believe that it has been 20 years since D2: The Mighty Ducks came out. Thankfully, the cast of the movie reunited and helped us feel young again while celebrating the film's 20th anniversary.

Marguerite Moreau, who played Connie, broke the news of the reunion by "calling all brethren":

Moreau also said that this was the first time the Ducks had gotten together in 20 years.

Actor Christopher Redman confirmed that the reunion was happening on Sunday.

He also reported on the status of one of the movie's more popular characters.

Shaun Weiss, who played Goldberg, did make it to the reunion.

Of course, the "Flying V" made an appearance.

There were plenty of pictures taken to commemorate the occasion.

This reunion may have some fans hoping for another movie. Earlier this year, some members of the original trilogy were quoted saying that a fourth film could (or should) happen at some point in the future. Given the success of the first three films, that may not be a bad idea.

For now, you will just have to enjoy pictures from the cast's reunion.
