Full Preview for WWE Main Event Featuring Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel

The Doctor Chris MuellerNov 12, 2013

Main Event is a very hit-or-miss show. Sometimes the matches are boring and predictable, but every so often we get a match that makes us remember why we love wrestling.

The number of matches fluctuates from week to week, but three seems to be the standard number, and that is what we have this week.

WWE filmed all of this week's shows in England, so Main Event should see a pretty raucous crowd add to the entertainment value of the matches.

Let's take a look at the matches that are scheduled for the show, spoiler free.

AJ vs. Natalya (Divas Title Match)

The Divas champion will defend her title against one of WWE's most talented Divas when AJ takes on Natalya.

It's rare to see a Divas title match on Main Event, and the two women involved should be able to put on a show in the ring.

Natalya and AJ are on a different level from most of the Divas in terms of talent, so seeing them lock up in the ring should be interesting.

Justin Gabriel vs. Tyson Kidd

Former tag team partners Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd will square off in a match that is sure to be filled with plenty of high-flying moves and exciting spots.

Kidd and Gabriel are two of the only people capable of flying around the ring the way they do, and putting them against each other in a match can only lead to good things.

Kidd is fresh off an injury that kept him on the shelf for a year, so he will be looking to show everyone that he's still got it.

Gabriel will just be looking to maximize the rare appearance he gets on television, which means both men will be firing on all cylinders for this one.

This has the potential to be the match of the week if given the right amount of time.

R-Truth and Prime Time Players vs. 3MB

Whether the Union Jacks will make a return is yet to be seen, but for now we know that 3MB will be taking on R-Truth and PTP.

This match has no storyline behind it, like most matches that happen on Main Event, so the babyfaces picking up the win seems likely.

WWE always likes to give the foreign fans who only see them once a year a special experience, and that usually means doing whatever it takes to pop the crowd.

All three of the matches listed have the potential to be very entertaining, and we get a title match, which makes Main Event a little more "must see" than usual.

Hopefully WWE gives each match a good amount of time to develop into something worth seeing, and with only three matches on the card, it makes it very easy for WWE to do that.

Which match are you looking forward to seeing the most?
