Read on to find out.
12 Ole Miss vs. 5 Wisconsin
When: 12:40 ET
Where: March Madness Live
A potential upset alert here, with Ole Miss playing its first game since winning the SEC tournament.
Marshall Henderson is a big-time scorer for the Rebels. He's averaging 20 points per game and scored 71 points in the SEC tournament.
Despite Henderson's scoring ability, Wisconsin is a really solid team. They're not flashy, but the Badgers have beaten Indiana twice. They have a strong post game, and a stingy defense, giving up only 55.9 points per game.
They'll have their hands full with the Rebels, who average 77.9 points per game.
It's defense against offense, and in this case, look for Wisconsin to hold the Rebels down and come away with a close win.
10 Cincinnati vs. 7 Creighton
When: 2:45 ET
Where: March Madness Live
The Cincinnati Bearcats are limping into the tournament, but will their defense be enough to stop Creighton star Doug McDermott?
Despite going 4-7 in their last 11 games, the Bearcats have a stifling defense, giving up a paltry 58.8 points per game.
They're going to need that tough defense against McDermott. The Creighton star averages 23.1 points per game, along with 7.5 rebounds.
Cincinnati faced the tougher schedule in the Big East, which may explain its poor finish. Its defense should be enough to hold down the one-dimensional Creighton team and advance to the next round.
9 Villanova vs. 8 North Carolina
When: 7:20 ET
Where: March Madness Live
These two storied programs did not have their best years, but are still dangerous teams.
Despite an awful loss to Columbia, Villanova does have wins over Georgetown and Louisville. They are talented, but it's tough to know which Wildcat team is going to show up.
If the team that beat Louisville shows up, it will be because JayVaugh Pinkston played well. The forward averages 13.1 points per game and scored 20 points in a win against Georgetown.
North Carolina may have underachieved this year, but it is 8-2 in their last 10 games and feature a player in James Michael McAdoo who could have a huge game.
Villanova is too inconsistent, and North Carolina is trending upward, so look for the Tar Heels to win this one.
11 Minnesota vs. 6 UCLA
When: 9:57 ET
Where: March Madness Live
The Minnesota Golden Gophers are a popular upset pick when they take on the UCLA Bruins later tonight in the South region.
The Gophers started off the season 15-1, before finishing 5-11. They're an enigmatic team that has big wins against Indiana and Michigan State.
UCLA is missing its second-leading scorer in Jordan Adams and that will hurt them tremendously. The Gophers can shift most of their attention to star Shabazz Muhammad, who is averaging 17.8 points per game.
The Gophers have a stingy defense, giving up only 61.7 points per game. With Adams out, the Bruins could find it difficult to score.
Look for Minnesota to pull off the upset and head into the round of 32.
