Jay Cutler Gets What He Needs to Succeed
How does Jay Cutler win in this whole ordeal?
He goes to the team he grew up idolizing and not only that he switches conferences. People may not see that as a big deal but to ignore the dominance of the AFC over the NFC is like ignoring the dominance that the West has over the East in the NBA.
Cutler leaves the AFC where he won games despite not having a defense against tough AFC opponents, not to mention the Chargers who happened to be one of the top defenses in the league, twice a year, even if he didn't win he still performed well.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Broncos may have not made the playoffs last year, but they also had one of the hardest schedules in the league, so for Cutler to throw for 4,526 and 25 TD is amazing! Not only that he completed 62.3 percent of his passes. Granted, he did have Marshall, Royal, and Shefflier, but he made those guys who they are with a rocket arm and amazing accuracy.
Compare that to Kyle Orton's 2,972 yards and 18 TD in the NFC. Chris Simms is from the NFC even though he didn't see the field as a Titan, add that both QB's come from teams with good defenses and it will equal disaster.
Now Cutler has a defense, Forte runs crazy, and as long as there is a human being with hands he will catch the ball. Cutler will make any receiver look like the best ever, whether it be Hester or Davis?
Bennett has a bond with Jay, so he knows and trusts him. Olsen and Clark are unstoppable beasts. That leaves the O-line, that's where Cutler's athleticism comes into play, has to do is use it to extend the play—something he did often in Denver. This in turn keeps the Bears defense fresh and even more ferocious than before.
If you ask me, Cutler traded no defense for a defense. The Bears are a contender—they were before Cutler. Now the Broncos are screwed. Marshall and Royal had time to uncover, now they may suffer since the chemistry is not there anymore.
Orton and Simms may struggle, and any rookie you draft most likely will be overwhelmed.
Wow!
The Chargers have to be laughing at how this whole situation unfolded in their favor. Sending Cutler to the NFC is like taking candy from a baby. See you in the Hall of Fame Jay.
