Andy Reid Thinks Nick Foles Is Answer for Eagles, but Does Twitter Agree?

Nick Foles has just been named the starting quarterback over Michael Vick by Andy Reid.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com:

Well, this certainly comes as no surprise considering that Vick hasn't played since Week 10. That said, Foles did play well when first entering against the Dallas Cowboys in early November.

There, he finished with a 68.8 completion percentage and had one touchdown to one pick. After a dismal outing vs. the Washington Redskins, Foles was solid in Week 12 against the Carolina Panthers.

Despite the fortunes of some ill-advised throws being dropped as interceptions, Foles still went 16-of-21 during the loss. And after putting on a valiant effort on the road in Week 13, Foles deserves to be under center.

Facing the Cowboys a second time, the rookie signal-caller sported a 64.7 completion percentage and had one touchdown to zero picks and didn't turn the ball over. All this being mentioned, even with Foles' better-than-expected production, Twitter gave mixed reactions.
