What Will Villanova Be Seeded For The Big Dance?
After Friday's games, three of the top five teams in the NCAA AP Top 25 had advanced.
Louisville, North Carolina and Memphis. Pitt and UConn lost in the quarterfinals of the Big East Tournament.
But since Memphis is in Conference-USA, they will not be a top seed because they have such easy competition.
They will most likely be a two seed in the Tournament with the No.1's going to Louisville, Pitt, North Carolina, and UConn.
Where does this leave the other teams behind the top five?

Well I don't really care about seven of them but I'm going to look where my Villanova Wildcats belong.
As I said in the final rankings Villanova is No.13. This puts them in fairly good position for a pretty good spot.
For people who don't know there is the East, West, South, and Midwest regions. There is 16 teams in each region.
This year Villanova was 26-7 and was over looked in the tough Big East with teams such as UConn and Pitt getting all of the attention.
Being ranked 13th in the final rankings and with some teams below them losing I look at this with simple math.
Lets say they move up to 10th with loses from Wake Forest and Kansas earlier then their semi-finals loss.
As I said there are four brackets and if you put the top eight in the first two spots of these brackets, it puts Villanova in a spot to be a No.3 seed.
Now I know this isn't exactly how they do the rankings for this tournament and Villanova could even end up as a 2 seed.
Now that they are out of the Big East Tournament all I can do is sit here waiting for the Selection Sunday tomorrow so I know who will be first in our way.
I think we can make this a great season and make a great run in the Tournament.
