LSU-Alabama or USC-Oregon: Which Game Features Most NFL Talent?
The first Saturday of November brings us two behemoth college football matchups featuring plenty of future 2013 NFL draft talent.
Alabama, LSU, USC and Oregon are all currently ranked No. 1 through No. 4 in the coaches' poll, and these midseason conference matchups will impact the BCS and national title picture.
More importantly for NFL fans, we'll get a nice glimpse of what to expect leading into the NFL combine, pro days and ultimately the draft.

So which colossal game has more potential pro talent? Well, let's break each one down and find out.
LSU-Alabama
Both teams across the board are stacked, and it's no surprise that Les Miles and Nick Saban's programs once again are ranked atop the college football world.
The LSU Tigers bring us all defensive players in end Sam Montgomery, linebacker Barkevious Mingo and safety Eric Reid. Unsurprisingly, the Tigers have allowed just 17 points so far this season and rank No. 5 in total defense.
As for the Crimson Tide, we get a little more offense in 2013 from linemen Chance Warmack, Barrett Jones and D.J. Fluker.
All three of those linemen have veteran experience at the college level, and it's no wonder Alabama produced so emphatically well with Mark Ingram and Trent Richardson. The Tide's running game averages 167.5 yards per game, and quarterback A.J. McCarron has seen ample time to set up in the pocket.
Saban, however, still has the defense rolling with guys like defensive backs Dee Milliner and Robert Lester. Also, linebacker C.J. Moseley (36 tackles last year) is one to keep an eye on because Alabama is known for studs at the defense's second level.
Alabama has allowed just 14 points through two games in 2012, and we only anticipate the Tide to keep rolling.
USC-Oregon
The main player to watch for here is obviously USC quarterback Matt Barkley.
A Heisman Trophy candidate, Barkley is arguably the top prospect for 2013 with 10 touchdowns to just one pick so far in 2012. The next man in line would be Barkley's favorite receiver Robert Woods.
Woods is also a top-five prospect and has accounted for 192 receptions to this point in his career. Obviously, the Trojans are loaded offensively.
Defensively, safety T.J. McDonald stands out alone after recording 156 tackles and six picks combined between 2010 and 2011.
Oregon, on the other hand, presents two elite players in linebacker Dion Jordan and running back Kenjon Barner.
Jordan is a faster playmaker than given credit considering his size and entered 2012 with 42 tackles and 7.5 sacks from 2011. Barner on the flip side, piled up 1,123 total yards with 14 scores last season and has 296 yards with five touchdowns to start this season.
Which Has Most Pro Talent?
If we're talking player-for-player, then the LSU-Alabama game features more potential first-round draft selections.
The USC-Oregon game, though, gives us the best quarterback and receiver on one team. And don't think for a second that Chip Kelly and the Ducks won't be ready.
All this being said, the Bayou Bengals and Crimson Tide feature more NFL talent. After the 2011 college football season and leading into the 2012 NFL draft we saw how ridiculously dominant the SEC defenses were.
Oregon was overmatched against LSU a year ago, and looking at the promise for 2012 along with the next draft, the Pac-12 has much to prove in terms of its offenses being able to match any SEC defense.
