Wrestlemania 25 Dream Matches and Predictions

Brandon EricksonFeb 10, 2009

With just under two months until the pinnacle of Sports Entertainment in Calgary, Canada. Come April 5, the WWE superstars of both Smackdown and RAW will gather to celebrate the quarter of a century of pro-wrestling immortality.

One could wonder what great matches we will/could witness. Especially with the latest updates on RAW and Smackdown.

On RAW, the McMahon Family wars continue now with Randy Orton to run the race that greats like the 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, Triple H, and The Rock have already faced.

On Smackdown, the Hardyz continue their brotherly bickering. Ever since Jeff Hardy was knocked out of action, the Hardyz are brewing a chaotic war possibly set to take shape at Wrestlemania.

And where will Christian Cage end up with rumors now circulating of his return to World Wrestling Entertainment.

Dream / Prediction Matches for Wrestlemania 25

                                              Christian Cage vs. Edge

Christian Cage will make his return appearance at No Way Out and will screw Edge out of the title. Making some sort of conflict out of the fact that Edge has "changed." Setting the stage for a heated, emotional battle at Wrestlemania.

                                            Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy

This a pretty obvious match. We all see this coming. Expect a brotherly hug and a happy ending.

                                                 WWE Championship Match:
                                            Triple H vs. Undertaker

This will be a result of Christian screwing Edge out of the title. Either Triple H or Taker will win at No Way Out and this will be the result at Wrestlemania.

                                    World Heavyweight Championship Match:
Randy Orton vs. Kane (Special Guest Ref. Shane McMahon)

My bet is that Kane will finally break through and earn a shot at the title. After only being a one-time champ, he definitely has a case.

With Orton already slated with a Royal Rumble win, is a sure thing. But I'm sure its Kane or Jericho. Maybe Ray, but he seems to enjoy taking on the big ones.

                                           Rey Mysterio vs. Big Show

David vs. Goliath. Nuff said.

                                            The Rock vs. John Cena
