Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
It was a whole goose chase as Vince McMahon was behind it himself and never got a trial, to be put on stand for his actions..why? Cause he's "THE BOSS". Vince was the boss and "the man" that held everyone else down. The board of directors are just sitting ducks who don't take action. The amendment went longer without being passed, when Rikishi was the mystery driver who ran over Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Rikishi never went to trial or anything, instead Stone Cold gave him an old fashion butt whooping. Vince had taken a step back during the brand extension and assigned General Managers for both RAW and Smackdown. WWE were exposed to bias GMs who either favored the heels or the faces and they came in the form of Stephanie McMahon, Teddy Long, Armando Estrada, Eric Bischoff and most recently Vickie Guerrero. WWE was far from any form of civil justice, as every issue just get settled in vindictive attacks, and vengeful remarks.
WWE would fire superstar who didn't get a chance to stand trial. Chris Jericho was a victim of this two times, and Stone Cold...many. Eric Bischoff ruled over RAW with a ruthlessness, and eventually the locker room stood up against him. John Cena was one of the activist who sought to impeach and remove Bischoff. Their struggle for justice had finally been served when Vince McMahon announced he was going to put Bischoff on trial for impeachment.
Bischoff had The Coach as his attorney. Eric pleaded his case, but every witness who took the stand drove him closer to impeachment. Witnessed included a cameo from the Boogeyman and Maria, who actually sounded like she had a brain. Vince was the judge of course and the decision came down to him. Bischoff had no way out, as his actions came back to haunt him and he was fired. Was the trail fair? Maybe, but at least he was the first to get one. Eric Bischoff and John Cena passed this amendment.
-The amendment continues to be violated as superstars do whatever they feel like doing and there's no enforcement. Several superstars included Mike Knox, and the demented Kane should be standing trial today for thier brutal attacks and actions, as well as Randy Orton and The Legacy.
