WWE: How Eve Torres Could Be Better Utilized in Her Current Role
When Eve Torres became the executive assistant to John Laurinaitis shortly after WrestleMania 28, many expected it would lead to a major push for her. For a while, her presence on WWE television increased as she was usually at the side of "Big Johnny" whenever he had a major announcement to be made.
Then, however, she appeared less frequently, usually being strutted out in front of the audience to make a quick announcement. She was put in charge of Smackdown for a week but other than that, her presence on WWE television in recent weeks has been nearly non-existent.
Eve has been very good in the appearances she has made in her new authority-figure role and one can only imagine that the company is missing out on an opportunity to have a female in a traditionally male, featured role.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
It is no secret that Vince McMahon views Smackdown as the B-show. There is not nearly the attention given to the Friday night brand as there is on Raw so why not freshen things up, even in the slightest, by appointing Eve the head of the brand.
At this point, John Laurinaitis barely appears on Smackdown as it is, so having him appoint Eve to run the show would make sense.
The 2007 Diva Search winner has been impressive since turning heel and is over with the crowd in that role. As the opportunistic woman using her charms to achieve power, then abusing that power when she gets it, the character would have the opportunity to become, perhaps, more over than that of Laurinaitis.
It would bring some much-needed attention to the Smackdown brand. Eve could also have the chance to become a true heat-seeker in the same mold of Vickie Guerrero.
Until Vince realizes that his female employees have the ability to fill featured roles on his shows, a talent like Eve will likely be forced into the shadows of a John Laurinaitis or David Otunga, and her potential will go unfulfilled.
