Gordon Ramsay Video: Watch Star Chef Get Destroyed at Celebrity Soccer Match

So, um, Gordon Ramsay was pretty much annihilated in what was supposed to be a friendly celebrity football match. 

It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt. Well, depending on how you feel about the loud-mouthed celebrity chef, you may still be giggling well after seeing this video. 

The play comes from the Soccer Aid celebrities vs. pros match at Old Trafford, which consists of former pros and celebrities peppered through two teams. 

At some point in the match, former Manchester United striker Teddy Sherringham decided to just lay out Ramsay in epic form. 

The chef lay on the ground for a few moments before he was taken to the hospital. Oh yes, he was actually taken to the hospital for this wallop. 

USA Today cites his spokesman who released the following statement. 

"

Gordon was taken to hospital after injuring his back during the game. He was released after receiving treatment and although he's in pain today, there shouldn't be any long term damage. 

"

The clash also featured soccer enthusiasts such as Woody Harrelson, Will Ferrell and Mike Meyers. Although, none of them had to be rushed to the hospital for what can be diagnosed as sudden onset ass-whooping. 

The charity game benefits UNICEF UK, but it can now be described as benefit to every sous chef that was torn apart by a Ramsay lambasting on national TV.
