This week, Josh and I talk with ESPN's Business of Football analyst Andrew Brandt. Andrew is also the co-founder of the National Football Post, an excellent Website that every NFL fan should visit daily. Andrew also spent nearly a decade as vice president of the Green Bay Packers.

We talked to Andrew about the NFLPA's filing of a collusion suit against the league as well as Jonathan Vilma's defamation suit filed against NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. The main question, at least for me, is why did the union trust a league it never had before and probably never will again?

They were asked to sign off on what it must have thought were penalties for violating some kind of gentlemen's agreement between the league's teams, which would have naturally led to collusion suspicions.

Prior to speaking with Andrew, we tackled our dark horse Super Bowl picks (you can check out the video debate we did earlier in the week here).

We also broke down the Kellen Winslow trade, talked about where in the world HBO's Hard Knocks will end up this summer, and tried to figure out whether or not Donald Driver will be back in a Green Bay Packers uniform in 2012.

In my opinion, Driver has played his last down in a Packers uniform—his appearance on Dancing With the Stars has made it difficult for the Packers to find the right time to cut the cord, but cut it I think they will. I'm pretty sure letting go of Driver this offseason would be letting go of him a year too early—but that is preferable to a year too late.

As they say, Father Time is undefeated.

Unfortunately the big Hakeem Nicks news broke (pardon the phrase...) just after we finished recording, but you can be sure we'll be discussing it next week, as I think it sets up a very interesting opener if he's unable to go Week 1 when the New York Giants take on the Dallas Cowboys.

For now, hope you enjoy!
