Eden Hazard: Landing at Manchester United Would Make Belgian a Global Superstar
Eden Hazard is taking his time figuring out where he's going to play next season, but landing with Manchester United would instantly make the 21-year-old Belgian a global superstar.
The attacking midfielder is currently deciding between three Premiere League teams and his agent has told The Guardian that deals have already been reached with Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United. All that is left for the Lille star is to decide where to go. If he's interested in becoming the world's next huge soccer star he will choose to ply his trade for Sir Alex Ferguson at Man U.
Love or hate Manchester United, it is the most glamorous football club in the world in the best league on the planet. Hazard would immediately be one of the world's most famous athletes because of his ability to score goals, his youth and the enthusiasm he brings to the field.

With a young group of players that would include Nani (25 years old), Javier Hernandez (23), Anderson (24), goalie David de Gea (21), and Hazard, United would be set up for long stretch of dominance atop the Premier League.
And that list doesn't include current stalwarts Rio Ferdinand, Wayne Rooney and Nemanja Vidic.
Hazard will get paid handsomely wherever he goes. In 147 matches with Lille since 2007, he has scored 36 goals. This past season he racked up 20 goals and 16 assists in 35 Ligue 1 appearances. He was named Ligue 1's Player of the Season and his agent told The Guardian in the above referenced report that he will make a decision soon.
Mirror Football cited a report from BBC Radio that claimed Hazard had already made up his mind to join Manchester United. If so, that would be the smart move. He would likely be soccer's next big worldwide star if he made that decision.
Playing for Chelsea or Manchester City would bring Hazard fame, but like the New York Yankees, Man U. is a global brand that has selling power beyond England. I expect Hazard knows that and it will be a huge factor in his decision.
