Manchester United Transfers: Eden Hazard Agrees to Terms with 3 EPL Clubs

Max TowleMay 23, 2012

According to Lille playmaker Eden Hazard's agent John Bico (via The Daily Mail), terms have been agreed with Manchester United over a possible transfer this summer.

The £30 million-rated Hazard is a current transfer target for United, Chelsea and Manchester City, having greatly impressed this past term for his French club.

Bico stated, "We are no longer in the negotiations stage. We have reached agreement with all parties. There will be no higher bid."

Such a statement is intriguing to those who have followed this summer's hottest transfer saga, with many previously alleging that United wouldn't wish to match a wage packet similar to that offered by Chelsea and City.

But Bico's statement suggests that United are a viable competitor for Hazard's signature, with Sir Alex Ferguson a known admirer of the young star.

Hazard will most likely choose his preferred destination after his country's upcoming friendly clashes with Montenegro and England, the latter likely to prove an audition for his suitors.

"Eden has already said he wants it to be fixed before June 2," Bico said.

All that remains now is for Hazard to choose from the three English clubs vying for his signature.
