Rihanna Parties with Champions League Hero Didier Drogba

Rihanna got up close and personal with superhuman hero extraordinaire Didier Drogba.

World Football good guys Chelsea FC were victorious over Bayern Munich in Saturday's Champions League Final. 

Complex reports R&B star Rihanna partied it up with Blues striker Didier Drogba on Saturday night. Her carousing with Drogba, Jose Bosingwa, Salomon Kalou, Michael Essien and Raul Meireles became so intense that she ended up missing her flight out of London on Sunday. 

She even took time to tweet this picture to her followers.

Yes, Rihanna. There is most certainly a God and he is a Chelsea fan. There is no other explanation for Bayern Munich's frustrating final that also served as Drogba's magnificent night. 

He headed home a goal that is now legend and kicked the final penalty shot that guaranteed Chelsea glory. 

With that victory came a great many spoils. In some cases, that meant copious amounts of alcohol. David Luiz proved that a huge victory can lead to a magnificently awkward interview. Hooray for champagne. 

In Drogba's case, the spoils are fame even among the famous. The man is a superb being who can only be described as a football gift from a just football god. 

I just don't see anything wrong with the brilliant wizard of the pitch, even his so-called flopping. 

Side note: Drogba has never once flopped. He merely decides to, at times, take a brief respite from saving the world from the injustice known as awful football. 

Take a bow, Drogba. You deserve this and so much more.
