I Hear Voices Part 9: Rourke/Y2J Vs Bad Enough...Now Jerico Vs Flair?

Chris Jericho cut another promo on this week's RAW.

He briefly touched on the Rourke feud, even though the actual deal fell through and the two won't be facing at Wrestlemania 25.

I guess WWE wanted to get whatever publicity they had left over, so they showed the Jericho/Rourke Larry King Live segment. Jericho trashed Rourke one last time and shifted his direction to legends.

More importantly, Ric Flair. What are you doing, WWE? I can take it anymore. Despite the face that it's a rumor and might not be what it seems, it's just too much to bear.

First, Rourke versus Jericho was bad. I tried to hold it together and I got some relief when the deal fell through. Good choice if Rourke even wants a shot at an Oscar. Earlier today I hear of Stone Cold Steve Austin's "one last match" rumors going around.

The rumored match was Shane and Austin versus the Legacy. Are you kidding me? Orton better not be in that match. He needs to be in the main event, and at this point it's no longer an option. Besides, it's been done before. Anyone remember Wrestlemania 20? Evolution versus Rock and Sock Connection.

Back to the topic. Later on, RAW announces that Ric Flair will be on next week's RAW. Did they forget that HBK had a classic match with Flair last year at Wrestlemania 24?

Flair appearing again would just ruin his last match value.

It would make it look like it was all for nothing. All that crying and kisses goodbye for five minutes, all for nothing.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but Flair is coming to RAW next week, that has to mean something, right? He is going to confront Jericho and my fingers are crossed that the two don't feud.

I kept saying WWE had time, and they should be diligent. They keep rushing into things and tonight was a perfect example. They couldn't even wait to announce Flair's guest appearance. It happened almost 20 minutes after Jericho cut his promo.

I don't like the direction WWE is heading. RAW was a great edition with the exception of this whole Jericho/Flair thing. For the sake of Wrestlemania, I hope I'm really "just" hearing voices.
