Madrid Open 2012 Live Stream: Where and When to Watch the Weekend's Action
The action at the Madrid Open will heat up this weekend with the semifinals on the men's and women's side getting underway.
The tournament is unique because it is played on blue clay, which is very different from the orange colored clay many tennis fans are accustomed to seeing.
On the men's side, two of the best players in the world are already out of the tournament. Janko Tipsarevic upset Novak Djokovic, and Fernado Verdasco upset Rafael Nadal.
On the women's side, Serena Williams earned a solid victory over Maria Sharapova to advance to the semifinals, while 2012 Australian Open champion Victoria Azarenka also won her quarterfinal matchup.
