It’s Monday again, and that means a new episode of Monday Night Raw!
With the events of last week, the WWE is already stepping up their game for the summer months. While the company hasn’t confirmed anything for the show, they are teasing Brock Lesnar facing consequences for his recent actions.
With that in mind, here are a few more things to consider going into this week’s show.

A Flawless Champion: What’s Next for the Divas Champion Layla?
Layla returned from injury at last Sunday’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view. After being out of action for about a year, the former member of LayCool was given the opportunity for the Divas Championship.
She promptly defeated Nikki Bella, becoming the new champion in the process.
Last week on Raw, Nikki received her rematch in a triple threat match that also included her sister Brie. Within 30 seconds, Layla retained her title.
This past Friday on SmackDown, Layla took on former champion Natalya. Despite being short and ending abruptly, the two had a pretty good match.
Layla has only been back for a week and she’s already starting to dominate the Divas division.
What’s next for the WWE Divas champion? Will anyone step up to the challenge?
John Cena vs. John Laurinaitis is Set: Will Big Johnny See Consequences For His Actions?
After John Cena lost to the Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII, John Laurinaitis saw the opportunity to take him out of his position as the “face of the WWE.” The next night on Raw, Brock Lesnar made his WWE return and sent a message to Cena by delivering the F-5.
Laurinaitis revealed that Lesnar would be the new face of the company and booked Lesnar vs. Cena at Extreme Rules. If Lesnar was going to be the face of the company then he needed to take out the current one first.
After an intense extreme rules match, Big Johnny’s plan had failed. Cena stood tall at the end of the show as the victor. He may have been injured, but he took down Brock Lesnar.
Last week, Laurinaitis began to think of a new opponent for Cena at the Over the Limit PPV. After teasing that it was Lord Tensai, Johnny Ace attacked Cena from behind and revealed himself as his opponent.
He and Tensai then proceeded to beat down the face of the company and injure his arm further.
How will John Cena react this week on Raw? Will John Laurinaitis’ general manager position be in jeopardy after attacking an employee and placing himself in a match?
CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan for the WWE Title is Set: What’s Next for These Two Superstars?
With CM Punk and Daniel Bryan finished with their respective feuds, it was now time for both wrestlers to move on. Thanks to last week’s Beat the Clock Challenge, their paths will now be crossing in a big way.
After beating Jerry Lawler and shattering the previous time, Bryan earned a shot at the WWE Championship currently held by Punk.
These two superstars have faced off a few times in WWE but their matches never really ended decisively. This upcoming match at Over the Limit gives two of the best in-ring talents in the company the chance to put on a wrestling clinic.
A potentially great feud is about to begin!
How will CM Punk react to his new challenger? Will they go face to face, or possibly even wrestle?
The Game Begins: Will Brock Lesnar Face Consequences For His Attack on Triple H?
Before Extreme Rules, John Laurinaitis held a contract signing for the Brock Lesnar/John Cena match. To sign, though, Lesnar demanded some changes to his contract.
Demanding things such as use of the corporate jet and Raw SuperShow being renamed “Raw SuperShow Starring Brock Lesnar.” He refused to make the match official until Laurinaitis agreed to his terms.
Big Johnny reluctantly signed off on his demands, and Lesnar signed on the dotted line.
After losing to Cena at the PPV, Lesnar was in quite the foul mood on last week’s Raw. When Triple H returned and denied Lesnar’s demands, that put the former WWE champion over the edge.
He attacked the chief operating officer and ended up breaking his arm with the Kimura Lock. Lesnar is no doubt in some major trouble for attacking a WWE executive.
What will the consequences be for Brock Lesnar? Will the WWE board of directors hold John Laurinaitis responsible in some way?
This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw is shaping up to be quite the good one.
Will it be? Tune in to find out?
