The Go Route Podcast: Episode No. 2 with NFL Network's Chad Reuter
Apparently, Zerkle and I didn't screw things up too badly the first time and will now be given a chance to screw things up on a weekly basis.
In other words, welcome to the second edition of the Go Route Podcast!
Co-hosted by yours truly and my partner in crime Mr. Josh Zerkle, this week we talk about the bevy of NFL news that seems to come in big, 24-hour chunks every couple of weeks.
From the Bountygate punishments handed down by the league and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for Jonathan Vilma, Anthony Hargrove, Will Smith and Scott Fujita to the devastating and ultimately sobering news regarding Junior Seau, yesterday was filled with seemingly non-stop NFL news.
And the big stories didn't stop there, with Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs reportedly injuring his Achilles this past weekend in a basketball game, there was plenty to talk about this week.
Of course, not everything was doom-and-gloom as Josh and I also found a few moments to talk about the Eric LeGrand story.
Additionally, we talk about the job new Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano is doing in general.
It's early, but things seem to be pointing in the right direction for the Bucs.
Of course, there's also the main attraction—which was talking to the head of research for the NFL Network when it comes to the NFL draft, Mr. Chad Reuter.
One of the best in the business when it comes to studying and analyzing the draft, Chad broke down what he saw both as an overview of the entire league and things that he liked (and didn't like) from individual teams.
All in all, it's an opinionated and information-packed episode.
Hope you enjoy.
