Horses to Watch
Bodemeister – 4/1
The favorite to win this event was surprisingly unraced as a younger horse. Will the inexperience hurt him? Tune in to find out on Saturday night.
Union Rags – 9/2
Rags isn’t exactly happy about his post draw and will be coming out of the No. 4 gate for the main event. He’s still good enough to win it all—a large reason why the bookies have him as a 9/2 favorite.
Gemologist – 6/1
This horse has never lost a race and is 5-for-5 so far in his career. Backers are hoping that he keeps that streak up and is adorned with roses at the finish line.
