Manchester United Transfer Rumours Roundup: Nemanja Vidic on the Move?

Serie A giants Juventus are once again trying to sign Nemanja Vidic after failing in a bid to secure the services of the Serbian defender last summer, Daily Mail reported.

Antonio Conte, the Juventus manager, is pondering moves for a couple of established stars in preparations for the inevitable Champions League return next season.

Juve are flying high in the league, but have shown defensive frailties and Nemanja Vidic appears to be their top target in the next summer transfer window.

Vidic will be sidelined until the beginning of the next season, but Juve remain very interested in the Serbian whose contract is due to expire at the end of 2013/14 season.

Manchester United probably won't let go of their best defender easily, but a hefty offer could lure them to sell the 30-year-old.

Despite rumours that Pogba had already signed a contract extension, it appears that he have already made a contract agreement with Juventus' representatives.

The Pogba situation remains highly unpredictable and confusing.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils have continued scouting Ricky Van Wolfswinkel, but they will now face stiff competition from Liverpool and Tottenham, according to Insidefutbol.com.
