Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He had a superb collegiate career, excellent offseason workouts and has been a top NFL prospect dating back to last year: so, we can only continue to anticipate the level of excellence that Andrew Luck is bringing to pro football.
And according to Rotoworld, Kiper enhanced Luck's level on Sportcenter Thursday afternoon:
""You should know, if you're the Colts, that Andrew Luck is significantly ahead of every player in this draft, including RG3," said Kiper. Kiper was speaking about Robert Griffin III's decision to turn down all pre-draft private workout requests.
"
Quite frankly, I agree with Kiper because Luck has had more consistency and is your more prepared NFL-ready quarterback. Coming from a pro-style system at Stanford, Luck even played for a former NFL quarterback in Jim Harbaugh.
He was basically running an NFL offense the last three years and when looking at Stanford's passing game, we see eight different playing having caught at least 24 passes and account for multiple touchdowns.
Possessing that type of field vision is Peyton Manning-esque as well. In his fourth mock, Don Banks of Sports Illustrated states:
"In choosing Luck, the echoes of taking Peyton Manning first overall in 1998 are unmistakable for owner Jim Irsay. And Irsay is very much running this show.
"
Luck's ability to not only spread the field, but see the field and quickly dice up a defense from anywhere is arguably his best tangible attribute.
Robert Griffin III
Despite Luck remaining as the top draft prospect, Robert Griffin III is only a slight step behind. He too had a consistent and impressive college career and really put Baylor's program on the map. NFL Network's Brian Baldinger in his latest mock is excited about RG3 in Washington:
"Sure, Washington mortgaged its future on RG3. But after years of trying to stopgap the quarterback position, the Redskins put themselves in position to snag a guy who has oodles of talent.
"
RG3 has top-of-the-line mobility, excellent arm strength and has solid quarterback vision. In 2011 alone, Griffin connected with four different receivers 40-plus times and three had 50-plus receptions.
Also note that Baylor's defense ranked No. 114 overall and allowed an average of 37 points per game. So, Griffin's ability to improvise, scramble (as a last resort) and remain ridiculously accurate is a testament to how much his production meant to the Bears.
In short: Griffin's stock quickly exploded throughout the course of the 2011 season and hasn't changed for quite a while. Getting back to Rotoworld sourced above:
"Both Kiper and Todd McShay agree that Griffin's refusal to privately work out for any team will have no effect on his stock.
"
Therefore, as long as the Colts end up selecting Luck, we have to completely believe that RG3 ends up in our nation's capital.
