WWE Raw: Rock vs. John Cena Preview, Rumors, News and More for Feb. 27
The WWE is coming off an amazing edition of Raw that followed up a perfectly understandable Elimination Chamber. The key will be furthering the storyline this week and not stunting the growth of any feuds.
This week’s show will feature The Rock, who has not returned to WWE in months because of previous engagements. With Cena cutting a nasty, but true promo on the movie star, it will be interesting to see what happens.

The Rock vs. John Cena
After John Cena brought back the man that made us all love him in the first place last week with his epic promo, The Rock gets his chance to defend himself.
While the WWE claims that he will be in the building, something tells me that he may be messaging in from a movie set. If he does show up, I’m sure it will be to ramble off some corny catchphrases.
My hope is that tonight marks the first time the two men get in the ring together since Survivor Series and that sparks fly. It’s about time Cena knocked out the People’s Chump.
CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan Rematch?
While there has been much talk about how they can keep the CM Punk vs. Jericho and Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus going until WrestleMania, the solution is easy. Just keep having Daniel Bryan fight CM Punk.
Raw general manager John Laurinaitis is reporting on Twitter:
I can’t speak for anyone else, but I rather see Daniel Bryan vs. CM Punk over any other match in WWE right now. Give it to me three times in just over a month and I am starting to think they should be feuding with each other after WrestleMania.
What’s Next for Undertaker vs. Triple H?
Now that Triple H has accepted the battle, what happens next for the Undertaker and what can they do to further the storyline? I really don’t know on this one.
With over a month left before WrestleMania, the idea that the match and stipulation has already been revealed has excited the fans, but it may have all been too soon.
It will truly be an epic match, but how do we get there?
I don’t see the WWE ignoring the match, but addressing it would be too much of a repeat. I imagine the WWE will continue to play the Undertaker vignettes and allow Triple H to explain himself, but the amount of time concerns me a bit.
The Return of Funkasaurus?
In what could be the biggest news of the week, there have been reports that not only has the Funkasaurus been spotted at house shows, there is talk of bringing him back on Raw.
I know the WWE was mad that his move set wasn’t that impressive, but he is a big man with a gimmick that was getting over. Big time.
Why they took it off air in the first place was ridiculous, but they could make it all better by getting him on my TV ASAP and giving me back my ‘dactyl claws.
