John Cena's Heel Turn Will Begin at Royal Rumble 2012
John Cena has been stale for quite some time now in the WWE universe and the creative team needs to shake things up.
The golden boy of WWE has always been a fan favorite, but that’s only fun for so long.
With the perfect venue in place at the Royal Rumble, now is the time for Cena to turn heel in front of millions of fans shelling out the dough for Pay-Per-View.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
On Monday Night Raw this week, Cena introduced the world to the “Angry Face” once Zack Ryder was taken away by an ambulance as he could barely move on a stretcher. Kane had caused him to “embrace the hate”.
Time to go all-in on hate.
With the return of Chris Jericho and the progressing storylines of CM Punk, Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler, there needs to be a high-profile name to turn heel at one of the biggest events WWE holds.
Cena has the star power and the mic work to pull it off. Few people have the strong persona of the part time rapper and that bodes well for a bad guy.
His feud with Kane has been bubbling below the surface for far too long now for something epic not to happen at the Royal Rumble. The whole “Rise Above Hate” against “Embrace the Hate” makes it rather obvious what’s about to go down.
The anger building up inside of Cena will make him use unorthodox methods of beating Kane to a bloody pulp. Will a chair be involved? How about a table or another object? What if he gets a cheap shot in while Kane is looking? The possibilities are endless to allow Cena a heel turn.
Cena is going to unleash something that makes him look like the bad guy and he’ll be doing it while the entire wrestling world is watching.
