Senior Bowl 2023: Rosters, Top Prospects for College All-Star Game
The march toward the 2023 NFL draft continues with the Senior Bowl, an offseason staple in the scouting process.
During a week of practices in Mobile, Alabama, dozens of NFL prospects have practiced and competed in hopes of improving their draft perception. All 32 pro teams send general managers, coaches and scouts to evaluate the next wave of NFL talent.
The midweek work culminates in the Senior Bowl, which is slated for Saturday, Feb. 4 in the afternoon.
Yes, the exhibition itself is less notable for NFL personnel. However, the Senior Bowl is a chance for fans who aren't invested in college football to watch prospects for the first time before they reach the pros.

Christopher Smith II, S, Georgia
One of four representatives from national-champion Georgia is veteran safety Christopher Smith II. He spent five seasons at UGA and shined brightest in his last two years, posting a combined 95 tackles and six interceptions. Smith is ranked 16th on B/R's latest big board.
Darnell Wright, OT, Tennessee
As a freshman, Darnell Wright quickly moved into the starting lineup at Tennessee. He locked down a leading job at right tackle as a sophomore and shifted to the left side for his final two seasons. Wright currently checks in 21st overall, per B/R's NFL Scouting Department.
O'Cyrus Torrence, OG, Florida
Rounding out the SEC-heavy list of top prospects, O'Cyrus Torrence only spent one season in the nation's premier conference. He'd previously earned first-team All-Sun Belt honors at Louisiana but followed head coach Billy Napier to Gainesville. Torrence, who B/R rates 23rd overall, joined both Smith and Wright with first-team All-SEC honors in 2022.

Andre Carter II, Edge, Army
Not since 1947 has Army celebrated a first-round NFL draft selection, but edge-rusher Andre Carter II has a real chance to snap the streak in 2023. He's ranked 26th in the class. Although he had a quieter season with 3.5 sacks in 2022, Carter racked up 15.5 in 2021.
Isaiah Foskey, Edge, Notre Dame
After passing up the NFL one year ago, Isaiah Foskey reinforced his billing as a potential first-rounder in the fall. He collected 12.5 tackles for loss and 11 sacks in 2021 and notched 14 and 11, respectively, for Notre Dame. Foskey is listed as the No. 33 overall prospect.
Cody Mauch, OL, North Dakota State
Among the many enjoyable parts of the Senior Bow, the showcase offers a great opportunity for selected lower-division prospects. North Dakota State blocker Cody Mauch is an ideal example in 2023, ranking 52nd on B/R's board. As the starting left tackle in 2021 and 2022, Mauch earned FCS AP All-American recognition both seasons.
