Why Tom Brady Is the Only Athlete That Can Successfully Rock Ugg Slippers

This is the kind of thing we may be hearing in commercials from Tom Brady now that the future Hall of Fame QB is "redefining slippers."

You see, it appears as if Brady is the new pitch man for Ugg Slippers, and these slippers aren't just made for the house. Oh no, these bad boys are made to be rocked outside the confines of your abode.

The particular model Tommy Touchdown is wearing is called the Ascot. Let me tell you, nothing says football like the word "ascot."

Of course, to add toughness to the slipper world, Ugg not only got a stud football player, but they put him in a log cabin next to a dog that is clearly auditioning for the remake of Kujo.

Brady appears to be sitting in front of a wooden door he fashioned himself from an 80-foot tree that he chopped down moments ago in eight feet of snow while wearing his slippers.

After his rugged feat, he must have stepped in to reminisce about his manliness over a hot cup of cocoa—with marshmallows—and a thing that looks like something our parents would have called a newspaper.

The best thing about these slippers, besides the fact they have touched Tom Brady, is that they are supremely affordable at $100.

Did I say affordable? What I really meant was that if these slippers become as a popular as Jordan shoes they are expensive enough to kill someone over.

A lot of players would likely have shied away from this kind of ad, but when your Tom Brady, you expect everything you touch to turn to gold. That has to be how they got him to pose for this picture a few years ago. 

While this all seems a little absurd to me from my raggedy couch, it is obviously working for Brady. He doesn't seem to hear criticisms in house full of Super Bowl trophies and a super model wife.
