Two one-loss powerhouses will meet in the Arizona desert on Monday night in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

Betting Line

Spread: Oklahoma State -4 over Stanford, according to betonline.com. If it wasn't for a slip up at Iowa State in two overtimes last November, the Cowboys would be undefeated. Their scoring offense is second-best in college football and Stanford will struggle to contain it. This spread is right on.

Over/Under: 73.5, according to betonline.com. Both teams average well over 43 points per game, so this over/under will be surpassed and then some on Monday night. With Heisman candidates quarterbacking both teams, it's safe to say that the defenses will be at a disadvantage. Oh yeah, and there will be no inclement weather to deal with either.

Key Storyline

The overwhelming storyline is the meeting between these two prolific offenses led by future NFL quarterbacks. How many points will be scored is no doubt the number one question being asked by college football fans? It could also be Luck's last game as a college athlete.

Who Might Not Play for Stanford

WR Chris Owusu may miss the game after sitting out the past three because of suffering his third concussion in just over a year, according to ESPN and covers.com.

Who Might Not Play for Oklahoma State

The Cowboys are healthy for the most part heading into their matchup with Stanford, no key no-goes on their side.

What it Means for Stanford

For the Cardinal, they will have a chance to prove the country that they aren't all about Andrew Luck, while Luck will have yet another audition to maintain his sky-high draft stock heading into next April's NFL draft.

What it Means for Oklahoma State

The Cowboys can finish their amazing season on a high note despite being snubbed from the title game. 28-year-old quarterback Brandon Weeden and elite wideout Justin Blackmon will team up for the final time in college, while looking to add to their historic 2011 numbers.

What They're Saying

The dominant storyline in this Fiesta Bowl is no secret to Stanford QB Andrew Luck.

"

"The nature of the bowl game with two quarterbacks who have put good numbers on good teams, I'm sure there will be a great story line for everybody" - Andrew Luck

"

Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy and the Cowboys have arrived for the showdown, according to the coach's twitter account.

Stanford Player To Watch

RB Stepfan Taylor: We already know about Andrew Luck and what he can do. But Stanford's junior running back has had a fine year despite garnering virtually no attention from college football fans.

Taylor has rushed for 1,153 yards and eight touchdowns this season, but hasn't scored a TD since Oct. 29. Stepfan has cracked 100 yards rushing five times this season, most recently against Notre Dame in the regular-season finale.

Oklahoma State Player To Watch

RB Joseph Randle: The super sophomore is another superb talent overlooked because of the dominant passing offenses featured in this matchup. Randle rushed for a ridiculous 23 TDs this season and cracked the 120-yard mark six times in 12 games.

Key Matchup

Oklahoma State secondary vs. Andrew Luck: The only game this season in which Luck threw multiple interceptions (Oregon) just happened to be Stanford's only loss on the year.

All-American cornerbacks Brodrick Brown and Markelle Martin will be under pressure to read the eyes of the future No. 1 overall pick, and react accordingly. If the Cowboys can get the edge in this particular matchup then they will be in great position to blowout the Cardinal on Monday night.

Prediction

The Cardinal gave up 53 points to the Oregon Ducks on Nov. 12, an offense very similar to the Cowboys', at least in terms of explosion and overall ability.

The Cowboys will score at will in this game, and the one or two mistakes Luck makes, even if it's just failing to convert on a couple of third downs, will be magnified by Stanford's porous defense.

Oklahoma State 45, Stanford 37
