Oakland Raiders (8-7)
The Raiders need a win against the San Diego Chargers and a Broncos loss to the Kansas City Chiefs to win the AFC West.
They can claim a wild-card spot by winning, having the Cincinnati Bengals lose to the Baltimore Ravens and either the New York Jets winning against the Miami Dolphins or the Tennessee Titans losing against the Houston Texans.
Tennessee Titans (8-7)
There are four ways the Titans can capture the AFC's No. 6 seed with a win over the Houston Texans on Sunday.
1) The Baltimore Ravens beat the Cincinnati Bengals, the New York Jets beat the Miami Dolphins, and the San Diego Chargers beat the Oakland Raiders.
2) The Ravens beat the Bengals, the Dolphins beat the Jets, the Raiders beat the Chargers and the Broncos beat the Kansas City Chiefs.
3) The Ravens beat the Bengals, the Jets beat the Dolphins, the Chargers beat the Raiders and the Chiefs beat the Denver Broncos.
4) The Ravens beat the Bengals, the Jets beat the Dolphins, the Raiders beat the Chargers and the Chiefs beat the Broncos.
New York Jets (8-7)
The Jets grab the AFC's sixth seed with a win over the Dolphins and one of the following scenarios:
1) The Texans, Ravens, Chiefs and Raiders win.
2) The Texans, Ravens, Broncos and Chargers win.
