WWE SmackDown Live Updates, Results, Highlights, Reaction From Danhausen Very Nice, Very Evil Show

Gunther watched from the ring as Balor slowly made his way to the ring as his old entrance music played and smoke filled the aisle.

He went after The Ring General and hit a flurry of moves. He no-sold one of Gunther's signature chops and took him down with a sling blade. Gunther hit him with a belt, but it had no impact on him.

The Demon dropkicked him through the table he had set up in the corner. He pulled a ladder from under the ring and hit The Ring General with it before setting it up to climb. He jumped off and hit the Coup de Grace on the announce table, completely breaking it as they crashed to the ground.

The two painted men celebrated in the ring as the crowd cheered.

As he was preparing for the reveal, Gunther came out and attacked him from behind. The Ring General powerbombed him through a table.

Several Minihausens emerged from the cloning machine and tried to attack Gunther. Mascarita Sagrada hit a couple of moves before being swatted out of the air.

Gunther whipped a few pumpkins at them as they cowered in the corner. He powerbombed Sagrada through a table in the ring as Danhausen tried to crawl into the ring to help.

Danhausen finally cursed Gunther successfully, and then the lights turned red. The sound of a beating heart began to play as his experiment was revealed to be The Demon, Finn Balor.

When the show returned, Danhausen came out with his whole lab set up on the stage to reveal his big experiment.

We returned from the break to see Paxley trying a few different pinning combinations with no success. She tried to get the crowd fired up as she built some momentum.

Jade tried to knock her off the apron with a shoulder, but Tatum kicked her in the face. She hit a flipping leg drop for a quick two-count. Cargill tried to climb to the top rope, but Paxley brought her down.

B-Fab interfered by tripping Tatum, so Alexa took her down. Michin went after Bliss, so Paxley helped out her partner. This allowed Cargill to take control and hit Jaded for the win.

WINNER: JADE CARGILL

Danhausen appeared to have resurrected a zombie gingerbread man, which made Lil Yachty run in fear. Back in the arena, Tatum Paxley waited for Jade Cargill to get to the ring for their match. Jade was dressed like Poison Ivy.

Tatum jumped onto Jade's back while she was still posing. Jade threw her off, and the ref called for the bell to start the match. Cargill quickly took control and almost got the pin after just a minute.

Paxley fought back in the corner with some punches and a running crossbody. Michin and B-Fab talked trash to Alexa Bliss at ringside while Cargill sent Paxley out of the ring. Tatum drove her into the apron, but Jade hit her with a superkick after avoiding a moonsault.

Saints hit a superplex shortly after we returned from a break, but Fenix kicked out at two. The way Saints rolled into the pin was smooth. When Fenix got back to his feet, he hit a spin kick for a near-fall.

The champion hit a beautiful moonsault, but it still wasn't enough for the pin. He lined up in the corner, but Saints caught him and then hit a nice tornado DDT for another two-count.

Saints kicked out after a very nice rolling cutter from Fenix. These two were bringing out their biggest shots but couldn't seem to finish each other off. The champion put the challenger on the top rope for the Mexican Muscle Buster, but Saints fought out of it.

Fenix was unable to hit a hurricanrana, but he did grab Saints and hit the MMB to finally put him away for the win.

WINNER: REY FENIX

This was a fun match that could have been even better with a little more time.

Blake Monroe gave an interview with Cathy Kelley about what she is going to do after beating Giulia. She said she wants the world title, but Paige walked up and interrupted her. Their exchange was not friendly, but it ended peacefully. Back in the ring, Saints was waiting for Fenix.

Saints took control with a series of punches, but Fenix fired back. Ricky tried to do a pose to taunt him, but Rey grabbed his arm and climbed to the top rope so he could hit an arm drag. He did a couple of fakeouts before finally taking Ricky down with a dive through the ropes.

Sami Zayn gave an interview backstage, promising to retain his WWE title against Trick Williams tonight.

We returned right as Green started making a comeback. She hit a Rough Ryder for a two-count, but then Nikki got her into the Fearless Lock, which is just a modified STF.

Nikki nailed her with a stiff forearm after she escaped, and then she hit the Rack Attack, but Green's foot was on the bottom rope to break the count. Chelsea was able to roll her up for the three-count out of nowhere to retain her title.

WINNER: CHELSEA GREEN

This was a somewhat strange ending, but Green retaining was the best outcome. As she was celebrating her win, Liv Morgan's music hit and she came out on the stage holding her world title.

Morgan said that nobody expected much from either of them when they started in WWE, but their hard work got them to the top, but then she started mocking Chelsea and called her a joke and useless.

Tiffany Stratton's music hit and she came out holding up her MITB briefcase, but before she could even get to the ring, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez attacked her. Chelsea took the opportunity to hit Liv with the Unprettier, and then Tiffy took out Roxy and Raquel.

She called for a ref and hit the PME as he was running to the ring, but Perez and Rodriguez spoiled her cash-in by attacking her again before she could hand the briefcase over.

Iyo Sky ran down to even the odd and send Judgment Day running.

Danhausen was shown offering Tiffy a jar of teeth for her MITB briefcase, but she turned down the offer. Back in the arena, Nikki Bella came out for her title match against Chelsea Green.

Nikki and Chelsea appeared to dress as each other for Halloween, and since both women have brown hair, it was easy to forget who was who at times. Bella countered Green's early attempt at a finisher, but the champion still got in some offense.

She went to the top rope, but Nikki met her there for a superplex. Chelsea pushed her off, but Nikki was able to get back up and launch Green back onto the mat. Nikki hit the Bella Buster, but it was only enough for a two-count.

When the show went live in the arena, Cody Rhodes came out in his usual suit and tie. He glad-handed with the crowd on the way to the ring as he prepared to talk about his feud with Randy Orton.

He showed a picture of himself after his match at WrestleMania when he was a bloody mess. Then he said there are receipts in pro wrestling, and Orton has one coming his way for what he has done to him.

He kept the promo short for an opening segment and left the ring by the 10-minute mark in the show. With how much talking has already happened in this story, having this be short and sweet was the best approach.

The Halloween episode of SmackDown is officially on the air. Instead of the announcers welcoming us to the show, SmackDown began with Danhausen in a black-and-white segment. He promised to reveal his most evil experiment on the show tonight.
