Alabama Crimson Tide Video: Watch Rap Video That'll Ignite Tide to Roll over LSU
NSFW due to Explicit Lyrics
Nick Saban just found the perfect song to play as the Crimson Tide run out onto the field in the BCS National Championship. Forget a track like All I Do Is Win or Not Afraid for the one-billionth time; there wouldn’t be a better way to ignite the crowd than coming out to Roll Tide Roll.
I honestly have no idea who G-Side is, but if Lil Wayne’s Green and Yellow can turn into the Green Bay Packers’ unofficial Super Bowl anthem than why not Run Things for the Tide?
If Alabama does take revenge against the undefeated LSU Tigers, then G-Side should make a remix with Yelawolf on the track. For those who don’t know who Yelawolf is either, he’s that tatted up white guy rapping fast at the end of the video.
And speaking of the game, the Crimson Tide are going to leave it all out on the field January 9th because it’ll be the last college game for pretty much half their squad. Yeah, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but unlike LSU who has leaders like Tyrone Mathieu set to return, Alabama is sending the vast majority of their studs to the NFL.
Trent Richardson, Barrett Jones, William Vlachos, Josh Chapman, Courtney Upshaw, Dont’a Hightower, Dre Kirkpatrick, Mark Barron and Robert Lester are all either seniors or eligible for the 2012 draft and would be selected in the first two days.
Talk about stacked.
All those big names on the defensive side of the football make it easy to understand why statistically they boast the best stop unit in the entire nation, surrendering an average of only 8.8 points a game.
This song is going be on repeat at Bryant-Denny Stadium for the next two weeks.
