I'm Just Saying: WWE If Your Gonna Make a Storyline, Make It Believable
I know we have all seen Edge win the WWE Championship at Survivor Series, and then quickly lose it to Jeff Hardy at Armageddon last month. But the way he came back was kind of questionable.
Edge was supposed to have been sent to hell by The Undertaker. And Vickie Guerrero put him in the match after Edge was pointed out cheating on her with Alicia Fox.
Who by the way was a wedding planner before right? Now she is a WWE Diva? I'm just saying that is kind of weird to use her in a storyline like that and then make her a WWE Diva.

And you wonder why people think the WWE is a soap opera, but I'm just saying. Back to Edge and Vickie. Vickie put Edge in the match with Taker. He even took out La Familia one by one.
Scared Vickie half to death when he started going crazy, he even went as far as pushing Vickie out of her wheel chair. So of course it was believable Edge and Vickie made up so quickly.
And they were right back together the way they were before. And if you don't remember this whole Vickie/Edge thing started back at Survivor Series the year before in a Hell in a Cell.
And who was the man attacked, The Undertaker. And even Batista got involved with the stupidity going on with them. It all came to an end we thought when Taker sent him to hell.
We also thought we saw the last of Vickie and Edge. It was so unlikely, and it was so obvious it was storyline. I know it is of course, but the best story lines are the ones you can believe.
This was not the first time this has happened of course. Stupid unbelievable story lines have happened before with the WWE. Here is another example.
I remember when the Undertaker was turned on by Paul Bearer. The Undertaker still had his urn he held up after every match he was in, and it was always given to him by Bearer.
But this time it was not. Bearer held it up in the air, and it was supposed to take the power away from the Undertaker. He crawled as if he had no strength to stand to attempt to get his urn back.
Then Bearer then hit Taker in the head with it. Therefore officially turning on Taker. It was so saturday morning cartoon to me. Made no sense at all. I mean we all know about how Taker has mystical powers.
The lights turn down and he is in the ring, lighting on the stage, stuff like that. And that is OK to me. But something with the Undertaker unable to get up, because of an urn?
Not very good, and really unbelievable. I'm Just Saying give us something we can believe WWE. I like the JBL/HBK one right now. And I loved the HBK/Y2J storyline too. The reason I like the JBL/HBK one is because you can believe it.
Many people are going through a rough time with the economy being the way it is. So playing off of something anyone could be going through right now is a perfect storyline for the WWE to use.
I have a new found respect for HBK this past year. He has made us see his acting ability while keeping us interested with his wrestling too. Just the ultimate sports entertainer.
He is a believable guy, so that is one thing I like about him. I'm Just Saying people don't respect the WWE for many reasons. But one big one is some of the stupid story lines they put out.
If I was trying to get a guy to watch wrestling, I would not let him see the Edge/Vickie storyline. I would get him to see the HBK/Jericho one. I'm just saying that is a storyline.
The ones I mentioned with Edge and Vickie and Taker are not.
What do you think, am I wrong to be asking the WWE to be just a bit more believable?
