WWE News: Is Skip Sheffield the Latest Victim of Tweeting Too Much?
Over the past year, Twitter has claimed the careers of Matt Hardy, Brodus Clay, and now it appears Skip Sheffield.
If placed in the right hands, social media is an excellent tool for promoting yourself, business, or whatever. However, not everyone can handle this medium. Recently Skip Sheffield laid out a series of tweets regarding his comeback to WWE.
"Sitting in a chair at a table in Sin City wondering why this ladder is in front of me? Laughing at the gossip, the Secret Power, it begins..
Who am I? Only time will tell, but rest assured narkboys Im not a Terminator sent to save John Connor. I also hate College Statio #FakeI refuse to type it yyywid is fake, accept n forget. My life my rules. Born n raised in Sin City, soon a psycho will be unleashed.# Patience

Clearly Sheffield was aiming to piggy back off of the "it begins" promos. However, it appears he may have caught flack for those tweets. His Twitter page no longer has these tweets, or any tweets for that matter.
Several weeks ago we witnessed Brodus Clay attempt to insert himself into the John Morrison hype by tweeting that he was going to destroy Morrison. Sadly, Clay went from getting a push for his return to falling off the face of the WWE Universe.
Hopefully, Sheffield will get back on track with the WWE and the organization will realize that not all of their wrestlers need to have a Twitter page. Not all of their wrestlers can be as Twitter savvy as Zack Ryder.
