Jared Sullinger Injury: Buckeyes Dealt Blow as Star Leaves with Foot Injury
Ohio State superstar Jared Sullinger left Saturday’s game at South Carolina with a left foot injury.
His production for the Buckeyes is paramount to their overall team success. He averages 18.3 points and 10.3 rebounds per game.
In the Buckeyes only loss (at Kansas), Sullinger wasn’t able to be on the floor because of an injury. He’s the anchor on the front line that makes the Buckeyes what they are.

He is one of the best centers in the country. When he gets the ball in the paint, he is virtually unstoppable, scoring at a 60 percent clip.
Against Duke, the biggest game of the season, Sullinger ripped off 21 points and eight rebounds. The Buckeyes make a strong claim for best team in the nation when their big man is completely healthy.
His chemistry with his teammates is flawless. Sullinger is the definition of a true leader. His one year of college experience truly feels like three or four years of experience, and the Buckeyes have a completely different outlook without Sullinger.
He knows where his teammates are on the floor when he receives the ball in the post. Sullinger has recorded at least one assist in every game but one this season. His high this season is five, which came against Valparaiso.
