Most people would think that by being the son of the owner of one of the most powerful wrestling organizations on the planet, you’d be set. And Vince McMahon was—but he didn’t settle for just being set.

Instead of waiting around for his pops to retire, Vince gathered all he had and bought the WWF from his father. Now it didn’t matter who his daddy was, because he was the new boss in wrestling.

Could the Scorpion King Really be King?

Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson didn’t just played a king in the movies, he has royal blood. The Rock’s mother is Samoan and is of royal heritage. 

And in 2004 he was anointed with the noble title of Seiuli, which means Son of Malietoa, or "great warrior." It is a chiefly title and a state of dynasty.

Y2Canada?

Chris Jericho has been often billed out of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, but the WWE prefers to announce him from his actual birth city Manhasset, New York.

While the WWE feels fans would relate more with him if he’s billed out of New York, Jericho likes to represent Canada, as he spent most of his life there, and roots for those north of the border anytime the US faces Canada in sports.

Scott Hogan, err Hall

Hulk Hogan was the star of the AWA, but when he felt he was getting the star treatment he bolted for the WWE. Desperate to fill the gap of his missing star, Verne Gagna looked to Scott Hall to take the place of the missing Hulk Hogan.  

Verne must have gotten a little carried away as he had Hall grow the handlebar mustache, just like Hogan, as well as perform Hogan’s mannerisms and moves.
